    I'd enter, but the story idea I am having trouble with. Can't come up with anything that would work, so I havent' .. done anything.

    I'm wondering if maybe I worded the contest poorly, it's not really as complicated a theme as it might sound. You have Earthguard "Bob." Bob just appeared in Perfect World, and holy ****! Impending cataclysmic doom! Psychic stabby fish! Talking cats and chicks with tails! People with wings on their heads! WHAT IS THIS PLACE?!? Or conversely, from another perspective - "Wait, what's all this stuff down south? And who are these guys with gems on their heads?"
    It doesn't have to be anything lore-specific, PW's lore isn't exactly well-defined as it is. It's just meant to inspire you to see PW through the eyes of your character(s), whether they be Earthguard "fresh meat," or one of the other four. Dramatic and serious or downright silly, or anywhere in between - as long as it fits that basic theme it's pretty much fair game.

    I think my issue with the plot is... I don't like Earthguards, they are out of place as it is. There doesn't seem to be a nich for them. So its hard to use them as inspiration at all. That is my problem I am having... Even the Devs did a slack-*** job of including them in the lore. I've tried about 4-5 ideas and nothing worked out.. XD I might try something else. Its just hard to have to include EGs when they are ugly and don't mesh.

    Been considering it, but there's still over a week left, and honestly I'm not sure if there's enough interest here to really warrant another extension (pushed from the 23rd to the 30th due to all those DDOS complications)

    You can render it out in 30s chunks then 'stitch' it together with AviDemux. I did that once on a 50hour+ project in Vegas.

    *Agrees.*I keep having scheduling issues coming up every time I try to film, on of the other people who need to be in it end up having to be offline. Really hoping it'll come together this weekend though.
