Gratz on pissing off an on every veno with nix an herc

I spent $60 to go see Iron Maiden in concert a while back. But I spent three hours there and returned home. The way I see it though, spending your cash just to get better gear in a video game breaks down a healthy barrier that should lie between video games and real life. Games should be played as a diversion, an enjoyable way to pass time, and when people pay money to cut corners and speed up the process of obtaining things that can already be obtained in-game, it's an indicator that they don't enjoy the game enough to keep their gaming experience contained in the game. Like I said though, PW is an experience for everyone, and some of us take it far more serious than others, so to each his own.
That being said, yeah I'm a bit anti-cash shop because I feel it breaks down a healthy barrier between reality and video games (like I mentioned above), -but- I'm not complaining because I'm broke or anything (Lv. 68 Mystic w/ a net worth of over 75,000,000 coins and I haven't spent a dime on this game)

Think about it. You're doing FCC or something, and a Veno comes in, and summons a Barb. Then Squad buffs with it, and uses it to actually tank. Shouldn't even require a squad slot, just a pet spot. That would be epic. Would be nice of clerics could heal it too. I'd name mine huggles. Best thing would be if you could make it so Clerics could have one, too.

i can understand your frustration, however instead of being upset at everyone else's good fortune it would be better to be happy for them and try to find a little good fortune in the situation for yourself.

i would also be upset, but on the other hand you just got a car that to you was worth 30k to you at the time, so even if you aren't as ahead as you could be or would like to be, you are still ahead.

Negatively Speaking, I'm sure all the Venomancers who bought feathers and orbs during the last sale are now facepalming themselves repeatedly. I know I'd be pissed.

Positively speaking, just like when the Mystics came out, Feather/Orb sales will probably drop for those of you not wanting to take a huge, huge gamble. ....not much compensation.

I'm a veno with a herc and I don't care. I might even spend a dollar or two (MAX) to see if I can get lucky & get a nix. (or maybe the puppy; they're really cute!!!) TBH; I was more upset about not being able to get the giant bunny; unless I enter an Easter Egg coloring contest like I'm 8 years old again. Oh & FYI; the herc and nix pet ticket as far as I am aware, has always been tradeable (even the ones from the 9999 SOF's or feathers; it's the egg and the actual pet that can't be traded.

Legendary pets are overrated. They were more useful when TT mats were actually worth something and when Venos were the only class who could solo them. Or when everyone wasnt' wearing r8/r9 gear and nix could actually deal some high damage on players. Those pets today are so far from being OP that the recent high prices only been laughable. I believe it's just an old trend that remains from old days and people not realizing that those pets are just a yesterday thing. At the same time people expect that every veno should have one of these pets while charging ridiculous money for SoF/PF. Now prices are dropping, eh? Well thank God.. About time.

50 silver for the Perfect Chest means an average of 125 Gold to get either a Nix or a Herc.

A 50%-off Battle Pet pack sale meant an average of 93 Gold to get either a Nix or a Herc.

When you factor in all the extra junk you'll get opening Perfect Chests the price will come out cheaper, but overall I'd say this particular sale is pretty reasonable, balance-wise.
