Launcher Problem

For the past couple of weeks now I have been unable to start the game through the launcher so I have been getting in directly using elementclient.exe. Message I get is "Enter game fails". The launcher's auto update has not been working, but when I close that screen the game begins to patch. When it finishes I close the launcher screen and open game directly. This has worked fine up until the last update.

After the maintenance this week when I try to open the launcher it does absolutely nothing the screen does not show up so I tried the manual patches and I get a corrupted file message. They will not install. Also when opening the game directly I get an error message that has a bunch of weird symbols with the only thing I'm able to read being "configs.pck"

I've looked at a ton of posts on the pwi forums, windows forums, and submitted a ticket, but nothing has worked. Please respond asap with a real solution...really sick of seeing the same things over again when they don't even help.

    It can be quite frustrating trying to get somethings to work right on a computer, especially online games.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
