EG and TB hair on Elves/Humans etc?

Well, I have seen a lot of people that are elves running around with the new Earthguard hairs and so on, and I was wondering how to get them? Evne when I sued my makeover scroll I couldn't get them on my character....b:cry

Any help in how to get these would be greatly appreciated b:victory

Why they don't just make the hairstyles universal is beyond me.

You cannot get other race hair styles without editing/altering the game files, hence it`s bannable, same with colours as well as body proportions.

No idea why there so strict on editting stuff like that, like a hair style has any effect on game play.
