Level 10 Flying Mounts / Wings

Ok so I see a number of people with lvl 10 wings like the "Brilliant Plume". I know you cannot fly untill lvl 30, so how is that people have access to these lvl 10 wings? Can anyone help me out? :) thanks in advance!

    Some of the flying mounts have lower level requirements. I remember a few wings which have lvl20 requirement. Not quite sure about the plumes ( though they are my fav wings b:dirty ) but it is possible.

    You can buy them via the boutique or from other players. Specifically the Brilliant Plumes are not in the boutique ( are they ? ) and on DW they cost around 20 mils.

    I understand you can get some from the cash shop. What I want to know is HOW those other players who are selling the lvl 10 wings / mounts get those wings / mounts. I want to see if I can get them on my own :)

    They got lucky from one of the many packs you can buy from the boutique.

    Oh ok I understand now, So these wings here:

    They say you can only get them in a pack (not released yet) but I have seen them in the PW-CN Cash shop already. Does this mean the devs of PWI are just going to suck money out of us by only making them available in packs instead of just straight up buying them?

    Yep. There's plenty of wings/mounts/fash that's only available in packs here (or hasn't been released at all) yet is readily available on the CN servers. Nothing we can really do about it either.

    This makes me sad :( I wish they would just let us buy some of them, or at least have a limited time cash shop offer.

    i don't think it's any direct copy of any real world military uniform. the armband reminds people of German WW2-era **** uniforms, even though the rest of the get-up doesn't really match.

    That was my first impression was that it was a natzi uniform, then I was like "well maybe I should ask first" in case I was just delusional. I can def see that I was not delusional and that others came to the same conclusion as me. I can also see why they would not put that in the cash shop on a US client lol.

    you can get the lvl 10 wings forfrom a ticket you get in the lvl 10 supply stash they are free but they only last for 3 day
