    It's not all perfect, but a good start

    light got many searches, b:victory but lumber got none b:sad

    When I search: glaive not all glaive shows cause its case sensitive.

    The search is case sensitive!

    To find all Glaive, leave the G out: laive. and same for L: umber, L: ight

    i guess it doesn't show in patch notes until its functioning without case sensitivity.

    Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but I couldn't find a forum.

    So, is there a way to set up an auto-bid for an item in the auction house?

    I have found on some items that when I make a bid I automatically get a message saying Auction Error (which translates to someone bid higher than me).

    Any help on this would be great.

    I don't know is this the right thread?

    is there a better way to simplify the auctioneer?

    if I could just find a way to alphabetize listings I am searching for.
    clicking on the item tab does nothing although the tab responds to clicking nothing happens.
    I would rather look for a mold like Dark Flora by seeing only the dark flora listed together, instead of seeing them list as time left for auction.
    theres one on page 1 at 1 hour, one on the next page as 6 hours, so on and so forth until you get to the 10th page of 22 hours.

    I know I can click them into Favorites, but just searching for something like Boots of shadow fountain, would be a lot easier if I could just look under "B" for Boots the first word after Mold:.

    this would also help when looking for ultimate substance, because I have googled it, although I can make it, I would like to see the average current price. yet I don't even know what category to look in. so searching through countless pages on the auctioneer and not knowing if I am in the right place, is just ridiculous, considering how technologically refined, our databases are today.

    okay its a game of ancients, but does the database have to be?

    BTW I put auctioneer in the search bar and looked through the titles, is there a thread dedicated to using the auctioneer in its most simplified terms?

    While I would like to be able to sort lists by the field headings as well, everything you want to do should be possible with the current filter system.

    For example, to get a list of Ultimate Substances, do the following:
    - Open the Auctioneer
    - Click on "Auction House"
    - Click on "Filter Items" on the top right of the Auction House screen
    - In the box under "Search Items" type some of what you are looking for
    - - In this case type: "Ultimate"
    - - Note: this is a Case Sensitive search, so "ultimate" will not work
    - - If you have trouble with an item, try it without the first letter, so "oots" for "Boots"
    - Click on the Search button right of the box
    - Search through the list of items for the item you are looking for
    - Double Click on the item

    You should now have a list of only those items in the Auction House screen.

    FYI: The sort is not by Time Left (although it looks like it is most of the time) but rather by ID. If someone chooses to only make an item available for 8 or 16 hours instead of 24, it will appear out of time order, but the ID will still be in ascending order.

    While the filter feature does about 99% of what is needed here, I still would like to sort by each field (ID, Item Name, Time Left, Current Bid and Buy). If you click on these words, they already behave like buttons, but nothing actually happens.

    Another point:

    Some items are still not searchable this way. For example, the Domino Corset is found under the category Partyqueen Dress. If you type "Domino Corset" into the filter, you will not find it. To find the Domino Corset you need to type "queen" or the like into the Filter and then Double-Click on "Partyqueen Dress".

    I have no idea why this is, but I am sure there are a number of these kinds of inconsistencies.

    Everything about the Chinese translations is no longer applicable, now that the filters ingame have been translated to English. Just search for "Tyreseus" and you should find it.

    but man how much faster I get through the Mold list just by typing "Mold: C" for Crystal Headdress mold... and think how many peeps would leave out the second D in the title...

    now just type in Cit
    and all the Citrine is at my finger tips.

    now could someone put the horsemen's belt on auction pa leeessseeeee?

    It seems the AH search filters *no longer work* since the release of the Genesis expansion.


    Are the GMs, PWE/PWI/Dev. team aware of this? And is a fix in the works/in progress?


    It really is a nightmare and utterly time consuming/nearly futile using AH w/o this useful new feature. b:sad b:cry b:surrender


    I sincerely hope this can be fixed ASAP.

    it doesnt work. its broken. tried it, hit search, nothing pops up for any of the chines chars i tried.
