Dear PWE Management:
I do NOT understand who ChaoticShelly is and I frankly don't care. But for this person to close and censor comments and suggestions clearly shows PWE is NOT REALLY interested in hearing feedback, nor do they care what players have to say to make imrovements, unless this ChaoticShelly is acting on his or her own on behalf of PWE, then PWE should address this matter accordingly.
I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO YOU ChaoticShelly to STOP closing legit postings and allow for players to interact and help offer suggestions and comments to help improve the game we play and pay for with Zen to play. The forum is why PWE put this here in the first place. YOU don't see other MMORPG's doing this to players and censoring their posts and comments.
Very poor actions you are taking to help PWE. This is my comment and opinion! Keep up the lousy work. Perhaps you should contribute and help players with their comments instead of shutting them out. And, I will be writing to your corporate office about this as well. Sorry but I find your actions UNACCEPTABLE!
PWE is offering products and services in our Country and provide features that allow users to participate in, but the moment you start manipulating that and preventing users from using these features that are only to help IMPROVE THE GAME WE ARE PLAYING like Perfect World, You are dishonoring the very services and products PWE is offering to all players.
I suggest YOU refrain from closing legitimate postings that are only meant to help PWE to make improvements in their online games, and I have acted respectful in all areas and responded in kind and accordingly to players postings. That is pretty normal. I simply find you preventing players to openly make comments and help with suggestions of their own from my postings to be very wrong!
PWE has general discussion where anything can be discussed and suggestion box, and you closed both postings - wow! This is unreal! Sorry but NOT acceptable.

Your previous topics got closed because the one in General got out of hand and the one in Suggestions was a duplicate.
Hint: Duplicate threads get locked.

Please fix your fonts, you don't have to use 14'' in order to make ppl read your post, secondly all that you've pointed out this community already did over and over again therefore you are not adding anything new and I believe that is the reason that your thread got locked.
There is a cool feature in the forums called "search" try it and you will find many answers there.

Also, this isn't the suggestion box. That's another forum. If you have suggestions, they belong there.
And I don't see why all the crying about the Boutique... You're level 2, according to your avatar. You can't use the Boutique till level 10. Hell, you don't even find the Auctioneer till like level 5, if you're doing the newbie quests. And if you really are a new player, you don't usually find them till like level 20. Then you WTF over it, keep playing, then find it again when it's more useful at like level 30 or 40.

I apprecaiate the feedback but regardless of how many other players have heard the same issues - I have a right to make my own as well. That's what these forums are for to help improve the game and for PWE to get feedback not to shut players out!
And out of hand? Why because I stated the FACTS! If trying to make suggestions to help PWE make their games better is NOT ok or allowed then PWE should REMOVE THE FORUMS ALTOGETHER AND STOP HAVING PEOPLE LIKE ChaoticShelly censor and manipulate what players say - especially when they are legit and factual postings.
This is not even about ChaoticShelly or anyone like this person, it's about principal with me and fairness with anything - Especially when we are offering legit suggestions and comments to help improve the game we are playing and PAY ZEN TO enjoy and play as well!

Myralis, I have NOT made any insults to anyone at all. But I did reply in kind to the negative people that insulted me! So spare me your poor feedback - General discussion is exactly that - General means anything! And Suggestions box I posted 1 there too! Now there is suddenly a limit on what section you can make one posting! And you call that spam? GET A REALITY CHECK CAUSE YOU ARE WAY OFF! But thanks for the feedback.
And finally to Fintan, Yes this toon is level 2 but my Main toon is level 20 and I have gotten a feel for the game that is why I made my comments and suggestions - and it's obvious many either misunderstand or go to the negative just to be rude and then twist things like Myralis and the Censor ChaoticShelly.
Perhaps its time PWE allow for players to make suggestions and comments without restrictions when they are legit for everyone to give their feedback to help improve the game, and it would be better if they actually acted on making improvements as I suggested earlier!

The point is that there is absolutely no need for two identical topics that are both active. And General doesn't mean "anything", it's more along the lines of "anything that doesn't seem like it would fit somewhere else".

Again, you might get more receptive replies if you followed the rules and also posted to the correct forum. The rules say, in essence, that mods and GMs are free to move and/or close threads created in the wrong place (among other things). Which you have done. Repeatedly. But its people like you and others that only hinder progress in society and add to the petty bs comments you make that does NOT help at all.
No wonder Humankind is so backwards. I have gotten good feedback from nice people and then I have feedback for insulting sarcastic people.

My sole purpose in all my postings is to help improve Perfect World and some feedback was helpful and others where negative and a waste of time.

Here is a prime example of pure negative stupidity by Eoria - Harshlands. Nothing worth while to say other than be negative.
Too bad there are people with such poor manners and low life attitudes when someone is offering suggestions in a game to make improvements. Wow this is sad.

Thank you. I didn't feel he was worth the effort to actually pull up the rules he can look at himself and quote them. #13 is the one that I was alluding to with my link to the forum that would actually be appropriate.
Mods are entirely within their juridstiction to close threads in the wrong forum, as the OP's have been consistently.
