It is a CRIME. You may think that this is just a game about talking sex in world chat, but I promise you that it is not any longer. If you want to break the law, then you agree to pay the penalty for your actions. So hide behind your interpretation of the laws and see what happens.

The Court found in Cox v. Louisiana that rights to free speech and assembly...do not mean that everyone with opinions...may address a group at any public place and at any time. Public order must be maintained or liberty itself would be lost in the excesses of anarchy.

You or your guardian signed the T.O.S. agreement when you made your account.
In that agreement you agreed to abide by all rules set in place by PWE.
By agreeing to that, you waived the freedom of speech to accept their terms.
Technically, PWE can BAN your account from playing if you choose to break any rules as set in the agreement.
By agreeing with PWE before playing, you accept any punishment given to you because of your inability to follow the rules.

To any that think all speech is covered under the free speech amendment, Walk into a courthouse and curse the judge and see if you don't get fines or jail time or both, or better yet, join 1 of most military institutions and curse a commanding officer where he can hear you and see how fast you get an insubordination charge. Then tell me all speech is free.

World chat is part of the gaming experience. Why should I have to censor what I am doing when the case stands that YOU are breaking not only PWE's T.O.S. but also the law? I should not. PWE should enforce their rules. If they fail to, then PWE should be brought before a court and asked why they failed to enforce their TOS agreement and the law.
