    Your ISP network and each hop is absolutely terrible from the 2nd hop on! b:sad

    Get a better ISP, or better plan.

    If you can play on our other servers fine, then play on those.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Yep, line between you and ISP overloaded. It can be ISP troubles or it can be heavy traffic generators inside your home (like other PC or viruses) b:chuckle
    I think best way is call to support and tell about hight ping and packet loss on "last mile" (between you router and ISP side)

    Thats the annoying thing, Sky tell me all is fine, my ping is fine, im receiving max speed, etc, etc from the continous calls they repeat this, its annoying me so damn much and swapping server is out of the question looking at the thousands ive spent on my sin >x<

    I am in England also and my ping is usually 400-600, but it's on a busy network with everyone in the family using computers at the same time. If my ping goes much above 1000, it becomes impossible to stay allive when fighting, but this only usually happens when I'm using too much bandwidth for other things.

    so many of you are complaining about pings of up to 2k, try playing like that all the time, ot even worse, with pings (constant) of up to 5k, in the worst cases i get ping of 30k+ needless to say i go and sit in a corner with my avatar till i get below 4k again.

    when the odd time comes with less than 1k ping im a machine that kills monsters like an uncurable plague cos the ping is so low, and the atks come instantly.

    i know the problem is on my side, so i aint complaining, i just went through this thread to see if i can find a tweak.

    MY PROBLEMS:
    1-WiFi
    2-Shared WiFi
    3-Distance from WiFi Access Point
    4-Crappy Thai internet infrastructure from ISP
    5-Only a 5mb ADSL line

    But screwit i still play when its OK

    Apparently this is my problem, i should only have 3 active connections yet i have 32 lol and i was told a virus scan would fix this >x< but ive run many and its done nothing, im running kaspersky now thanks to the previous poster ^^
