    U click on the old dude that marries you in west arch, matchmaker. click on him and you will see option to go to wedding chapel

    If you are already married, you can buy these things for 5 gold in the boutique to do the wedding, so no, you don't have to pay 60 more gold to get the wedding if you are already married. Just fyi.
