    2nd gen here too...

yes its too easy now days. I miss when our faction got all its 60+ members their green weapons and we were all drooling over our damage thinking we were awesome and drummer in 1-1 was hard.

I remember the interface where there was no available quest window and u had to click "find Quest" and it randomly gave u a npc and coords to go to from what was available.

someone said that items were too rare way back. personally I think some items should be rare. Legendary items are supposed to be good and are supposed to be rare. I remember thinking how special I was when i got my first mold drop. now I have alts dressed out in yellow gear.

I remember thinking how good we were doin when our faction could run fb59 without help.

Lol how did someone turn a post that could hardly be called English into a nostalgia thread? b:chuckle

That's what happens with all of this guy's threads. The OP content is pretty much never worth discussing, so someone randomly picks a different topic and takes over the thread b:laugh

As for me, I think I'm maybe like a generation 1.75? I dunno - had to deal with the grinding, lack of autopath and all that early, but the 1st style BH along with the first 2x event I can remember was introduced when I was in my mid 80's iirc. The new even sillier BHs came in around level 90 I think? So grinded Ted up to around 80ish before it started getting easier. Certainly nothing near what the folks who grinded to high levels had to do, that's for sure.

Thanks for the sig Ophida :3

For anyone who hates all the new stuff, you are not forced to part-take in any of it. You can still do things the old way. The problem here is that you care too much about others in the game.

This game can be played very similar to the old style but you will find yourself behind the community currently playing on your servers.

I say level the way you want and enjoy the game how it is now since it is now complety broken and will never be fixed and enjoyed how it used to be.
tatuaje: grinding mobs and zhenning ???
frankieraye:All right, I admit it, it's a bit retro. lol.

Ding ding ding! That is correct!
Maintenance time. Please choose a line:
    - When is it over? OMG I need my fix!! *super spazzing*
    - Fix the damn bugs, dammit! I'm so angry! I'll quit!!
    - New codes out there? I like free stuff~ *wink*
    - When will we get new content? QQ
    - Will we get sales? I got a ton of gold to spend.
    - I'm bored, I'll create a useless thread to annoy Opkorock.
    - *Incessant poking on Sweetiebot* Fun~

I think this game does not need all those ways to gain fast xp..

The bunches of quests is quite enough to be honest.

As a new player I can't keep up with all those things that supposedly makes everything easy.

Quests used to get sparse in your 40s. You will complete them all then they just stop appearing. Then you had to grind.

But now apparently the TB quest can get you a few levels if you do it when it's available? And when BH starts you will get quite a bit each day too. So leveling is just as easy, but you rely more on dailies than quests.

hes right. people keep on asking for more and more items and events that make it easier to lv up. if you want a no brainer leveling game, go play JD. intelligent people prefer a game that makes them plan things, build things, earn what they have, instead of it being spoonfed by cash shop owners

    >implying that pwi is an intelligent MMO
Bladestorm lets you spin around like a carnival ride and do damage. Not using it is almost like having a move called Confetti Rocket Power Leap and saving it for "emergencies"

Lol... I tried. Although I must admit I wasn't stupid enough to try a low level turtle, I used the lvl 51 one to start... and didn't get too far. She's still in the 50s...

Just add a PBT (portable bathtub, for those not familiar with the usual MMO"RP"G slang) to the game. You just have to stick the turtle in there every few minutes when using her on the ground :-)
And when she levels up and doesn't need a lot of healing anymore, you could sit in the bathtub yourself.

Of course, they could make a rare version of it too --- the FPBT would be the flying version. With an emergency outlet, so you can spray the water on fire monsters to cool them down.

Or maybe a SSDTPWIOS (a sonic screwdriver that produces water instead of sonic) as a pocket version. Just keep SSDTPWIOSing the turtle between the heals.
Slow progress, game is getting way too grindy :-( Quests I still hope to be able to do some day: FB39, General Feng
