    EDIT: I remember seeing a thread with a merchant trying to get to 10 billion coins. Last I saw, he had about 2.5 billion in assets. I bet if he keeps going, he has a chance to get it. You also seem to forgot about 10 million big notes so you can carry billions of coins in forms of notes.

Barb HP suffers from diminishing returns (because it's additive, not multiplicative) while the borken interval system benefits from exponential increasing returns. And yes don't tell me it's not broken because -channeling does not work that way, fair much?

    A barb to get his HP works a lot more and gets less returns than a BM even, multiplicatively speaking (i.e ratio of new HP to old HP) because gear doesn't add percent HP, it adds a fixed number. The higher you HP, the less effect a +x has.

    1. hire 6 mexicans, educate them how to do HH, every noob can maintain a char but might not play it properly.

    2. promise the mexicans a donkey and some drugs.

    3. you have your rank 8

    However, not my point. My point is, there are merchants out there. Merchants with billions of coins. And these people, they don't got those billions because they charged up $2,500. No way, they get that from knowing what they do, knowing their math and their econ.

    And to clarify, I'm not interested in any of them people with Rank 8s, no way. I only care about your claims being unrealistic.

    Fact is yes, most people who'd go for Rank 8 are most likely going to be walking around with some flashy +10 TT99s and such. Now those cost a tad bit more than some 950 millions, especially if you include them being all nice 4 sockets with Primevals and +10s on all pieces. That's gonna go for more than a few Rank 8s, and that's a bit less realistic. But yes, even that is doable, just unlikely. However, if I ever met a single person claiming to have done that and having something to back it up, say, stacks upon stacks of valuables plus some hundreds of millions in coins and a few thousand Gold, I think I would believe it. Now, ten such guys on the same server, no way.

    Tokens were around 9k-10k on each server, which ends up being 50% cheaper for rank8, than your calculations.

    BTW this game is old most playing more than 1 year now,if i want i can make 3-4m a day with 2h of herb farming.
    Imagine I'd do that for about 3 months, thats almost enough to get me halfway through to rank 8.

    PS : and yes i got my rank 8 with merchanting alone too, works fine.

    I know several BM's, Archers that make 30-40m a day if they really want to with solo farming 3-3 or Nirvana.

    3-4m a day with 2 hours of herb farming? I doubt so...

    The price of tokens are 12-13k, if there is no pack sale.

    I myself have made around 600millions over the last 6 months.. but I know how hard it is to do that, and that's also because I have a group of friends that do TT farming with me all the time.

    I do agree with what Jenovadeath said, almost impossible (but yes.. it is possible if you start really early in this game). It's a looong work...

    If you are a kid, I think it's okay. But if you work, it's not worth your time.
    If you work and get paid $10/hour in your real life job, I'd rather work and earn real life money than slaving myself in this game just to get rank 8 b:chuckle

    b:shutup just a drop in the barrel if u consider the end price 50 mil maybe alot to some ppl cause theyve never had that much but it can be made easily even with todays market in a month soloing 2-2 through 3-1 with veno and herc for 90 mats

    i realy think its funny that ppl think this is a QQ over jealousy thread like i said if it were worth attaining for my class i might go for it at some point but tbh theres better gears out there that are easier to farm and much more effecient for my style of play realy dont care that anyone has rank 8 since the ppl that have it are so few and far between you rarely ever see them anywhere in game.

    Get of ur directors nutz is all im going to say thats like me say well oh yea im in guild with the highest lvl on all 3 servers (fateblade) for those of you who dont know it doesnt mean anything so what just cause uve got one person in a guild with you with rank 8 means nothing theres around 7-8 ppl i beleive with this on lc server alone and several chars with full nirvana sets and event gears all +10-12 doesnt change a thing the thread was never for QQ it was merely to point out the fact that theres one more thing about the game that can be gotten in the cash shopb:bye
