Want it? Don't want it?

Personally: I Don't like it. Why? If it was already difficult for people to gain coin by grinding PvE-wise, you have decided to take it up a notch. In other words - You will only be able to gain coin by spending real life cash and that's that.

What will I do about it? You don't wanna know my personal plans against this when it is implemented...

    Everything has inflated since the times of us being in our 30s, so why LOWER the DQ prices?

    As you said, it was already hard to get coin with DQ items as main income in early levels, so why make it even harder?

    At the moment I don't really care because I haven't grinded for money since maybe 6x.

    I don't grind too often on this char, but I usually do if I'm running short on coin. Grinding at this level is already discouraging enough, this will only make things worse. Meh.

    I know people joke about how this game is a Pay to Win, but all I see is a slow transition to a Pay to Play....


    What feeble logic is there behind this action besides a push for more zen charging?

    this is bull to be completely honest, i grind on my barb to get some xp and spirit ( i HATE bh ) and normally i don't make much cash but i do make some, now if they reduce the money i take in, might as well hand ove rmy bank account because that is the only way i'll make cash

    They probably are doing this to attempt to make DQ quests a more favorable leveling option. The problem is with bh and all the other dailys plus frost covered and hyper exp...no one will EVER do dq quests to level even if the items are reduced in cost by 80%... Also the main rewards people went after with dragon quests are now in the boutique, thus killing that interest. If anything they should also permanently double the droprate of dq items. Thus insanely reducing the cost of doing DQ quests, and helping out normal players make 60% more income from dq items than we currently do. What they are doing now is just skrewing over all the free players even more than we already have been skrewed over.

    veno can just afk grind, set pet on defensive and put weight on auto pick up

    i know few of my friends doing that atm making 500-800k a night


    yes it's unfair to other ppl, but i dont blame GM, its veno's fault, if u guys didnt explore the bug this wont happen


    the same goes how GM lowered mirages u get from 3* items that come out from fbx9 and i heared under fb59 or something 3* decomp to perfect stones no longer mirages

    just my trolling on PW-MY

    as for ppl telling me should ban those venos.. oh plz, how many of u didnt do afk pet healing on the bosses

    I'm pretty sure that Maiya made most of her money from farming TT. It used to be quite lucrative, before 2x drops.

    This is...ridiculous. I still like to grind sometimes, and out of 60 mobs I don't get that many dq drops (60 chosen because that's the amount for one-man army/early jqs). It's not that profitable, and this just makes that worse.
    If it's in response to venos abusing something to make profit, then the devs need to address that issue, not kill the small profit from grinding the rest of us can get.

    This is ****, i have to agree with the OP. The game is already unbalanced as it is. Some people spend hours at a time grinding endlessly for coins that someone with a fat wallet can buy in a minute.

    By reducing the money we make from one of the ONLY free sources of income ingame, your just nerfing it for those of us who cant/refuse to support a 'F2P' game.
    Like i said in the other post, i really have to find another game to take up my time.

    Yes this is just my opinion. I did say I, lol. And I haven't spent money for quite some time now since I decided to stop.

    I actually didn't farm TT that often before 2x. I did a 2-2 daily fall last year for a month or so but most of my money is by doing Cube.

    reducing dragon quest item price, theres only one reason to do so and its kinda oblivious, forcing more people using cash shop... seriously how much nerfing update comming up, i mean spark that kick out of stealth, nerfing demon spark and now this... depressing seriously b:cry

    I'd like to hear the devs' reasion behind this - though I honestly doubt they care enough about this game to bother explaining it to the GMs.

    Probably just another "Oh people were cheating and we are too lazy/can't be bothered/too busy working on the games PWE actually cares about to try and stop them, so we screwed everyone instead."

    i think wat they need to do is have the anti **** thingy on all severs, so venos cant afk grind, if u set up cat shop the anti **** thingy wont pop out, else pop out every hr or so. so that solves the problem.

    I remember reading in a thread a while back (can't remember which one), a GM said that using objects to hold down keyboard buttons (a veno tactic) to spam heal a pet or whatnot is OK ... AS LONG AS THE PLAYER IS AT THE KEYBOARD!

    Don't remember if they said going AFK while doing this is bannable or not, but it certainly a No-no.

    Not only do I rely on DQ drops from aoe grinding spiders to pay for my repair bills and save up for skill books, this is making it EVEN less productive to go outside of safe zone and grind for profit.

    As a representative of one of Lost City's pk factions, enough is enough! Give the people a reason to leave safe zone cause when all the white names are gone from grind spots, the pker population is going to dry up soon after.

    Yeah I doubt veno's afk grinding has anything to do with it. It's almost as easy for every other class to afk grind too if they know what they are doing.

    This is just people in PW CN using hacks and the devs being too lazy to do anything about it.

    Either that or PWE is just posting a giant sign saying "BUY MORE ZEN."
