    Waiting at the bosses is all that matters, clearing mobs squad shouldn't have to wait for everyone to be in the dungeon for them to do so. If you're that bothered then stack your BH's. Sure you'll use coin on the 2 day setup period but after that you'll only need to go in once.

    ya ya..as all people would be really so bizzy, after when they teleport directly on BH npc and then directly on a boss head, kill the boss with ultra high speed, after it they standing in archo and spaming how bored they are.
