    oh dont be scared. its just a skill that gives us 40% extra crit rate for 8 seconds. which is floppin awesome btw. but yeah he doesnt mean a constant 60-70%. now THAT would be OPb:laugh

    Actually i dont think it increase crit rate but it increase crit dmg, read carefully, but remember at lvl 100 u get a lot of stuff to increase crit % like ring weapon and some shard.. so yea a big crit rate at end game ^.^

    either the skill description is wrong or i have some rediculous coincedences with crits for 8 seconds after i use it

    actually it might be true from the vidi saw, crit rate seems increased, lazy devs seriously >.>

    ...sin have crit but propably oly high lvl are good on crit
