9 tails....opinions please!!!

so like a super-nerd, i decided it was time to save up some real money for a mount. I wanted to get the 9 tails for my lvl 20 character (MALE) and then looked around and saw that it looked a bit girly...i then thought of getting a boa but then it looked too ugly, so you guys tell me what to get....a nine tails, a boa, or wait for a long while and get a hell-hound? [in terms of appearance, functionality, and level available]

lol im at $38.00 in savings so im almost there =D

    Bulbfish is the most feminine mount out there. Guys shouldn't ride either. Everytime I've seen guys ride either mount, they get made fun of, especially if they're a barb. Be manly and ride a Hell Hound.

    Hellhound are quite manly, ninetails on the other hand are very feminine, as well as their quite a small mount, so men riding them kinda makes me lol because of the size difference.

    I voted cool.
    I found that it seemed every time I buy fashion I end up with lavender clothing, so I have just gone with it.
    The first time I ever saw a Frost Antelope I went nuts and asked all my veno friends if it could be tamed as an AC pet because I thought it would be hilarious for a big fat barb to run around with a pink deer.
    *sigh* the best I could do is get an AC antelope pup which is fondly named "Snack".

    I must admit I was also really trying to do my DQ to get a SilverMane because they were so sparkly, but gave up when they put it in the CS.

    I won't, doesn't match any of my chars (even my veno O_o)... and I actually do think it's too girly for my tastes. But if you like it, why let that stop you?

    I think it's just too incredibly sad that some people go through life basing their decisions on what other people think.

    I ride a Rose Gold Gourd that an old faction leader gave me. I have had many people tell me it was too feminine for a male warrior to ride. I even had people try to swap me for a more "masculine" ride. Yes, the Gourd is seriously fru fru looking, but it's the fastest thing flying. Why would I go slower just to "look right?" I'm too cheap/practical to spend that kind of real world money for an air mount and besides that, I have never really had too much concern for what other people think about me here or in real life.

    This is a game. The people in it are anonymous gamers who you are likely to never meet in real life. What does it matter how they think about what kind of mount you ride?

    Are any of those even available to your level? o.o I don't have access to game right now so I can't check. I only know that a lesser mount that's been spurred (such as a panther, snow cub or deer) is a Lv20 requirement.

    That being said... get the Ninetails. "Girly" is the most ridiculous argument ever devised. It's a damn online game, who's going to care? XD If anything, using such a mount makes you more respectable for bucking the trend... hell, my fac's leader rides a Ninetails, and he's a male BM with full TT90 armor (which looks more than a little silly astride the Ninetails, but it's also hilariously awesome).

    I can't boast of riding a Ninetails myself, but that's mostly because a double-spurred panther suits my style better (I do own an all-class butterfly pet, though, which could arguably be called "Girly" :P). If the Ninetails suits your style - and I would assume it does since you were after it first - then get it, "girly" comments be damned. :)
