i guess that answer works. heres another riddle

The day before yesterday, Chris was 7 years old. Next year, she'll turn 10. How is this possible?

I think I managed to finally figure this one out over the weekend, yes I was bored waiting in line at the movie theater for Alice in Wonderland and thought about it. Is the answer:

Chris's birthday is on December 31st. Because today is January 1st, day before yesterday would be December 30th where Chris is 7 years old. December 31st is when Chris turns 8. This year Chris is 9. Next year Chris will be 10.

It basically made my head explode thinking about it. b:sad
I call it how I see it.

    here's another riddle,

a dwarf named Ryan was a performer in a circus, because of his height, he was very well liked.
one day, he commited suicide, the only evidence was his cane and on the bottom of his cane were a few bits of sawdust. why did ryan commit suicide?

    Extremely late response b:surrender
    ^ She/he is a "Pro googler".

    Here's one:
A cowboy rode into town on Friday, stayed three days, and rode out again on Friday. How did he do that?

    Actually, I didn't google that b:pleased
And if that one didn't get answered yet, the cowboy walked out of the town after 3 days, camped on the outskirts, snuck back in, and rode out the next Friday? :D

That reminds me of that book I read when I was small.. The Twits?

    Here's another one:
There is a game show in which there are three doors. The prize is behind one of them. The contestant chooses one. Then, the host of the show points to one of the remaining two doors and tells him that the one the host is pointing to is NOT the prize door. The contestant has two options: to keep his choice, or to pick the remaining door. He knows that one of the choices increases his chance of winning the prize. Which is it?

    b:sad

I did not google... I just know this riddle.

...but I suppose that kinda is a bit unfair, too.

In response to the riddle above, staying with the door he chose?
At least that is my guess. I did not want to go through with the logic...

    Bingo.

Then, the host of the show points to one of the remaining two doors and tells him that the one the host is pointing to is NOT the prize door. I feel like the wording of this riddle is wrong.. but anyway I say:

Pick the other door. Why? Because the door I had chosen has a 1/3 chance. The other two doors have a 2/3 chance. It's a risk that some people make. But since the door the host is pointing at is NOT the prize door, it means that door has a 0 chance and it means the one that I did not pick has a 2/3 chance of winning. So switching means I have a higher chance of getting it right.

    And one for you guys:
Four men were in a ship on the ocean. The ship turns over, and all four men sink to the bottom of the ocean, yet not a single man got wet. Why?
I call it how I see it.

I just wrote what I remember of it; I wouldn't be surprised if the wording's iffy. But yeah that's right.

None of the men were single?

Heh, not the exact answer I wanted due to the wording, but correct nonetheless.
