Here's an unofficial translation of the Sin and Psy Demon/Sage Skills
Thought I'd make a new thread and show this to you guys.

For those of you who are lazy I'll Copy and Paste from Ascii's post:
PLEASE NOTE these are the chinese versions of the sage and demon, not PWI, these may change at any time before released here. i may have also translated some wrong though ive tryed my best.
Assassin
Deep Sting
Sage: Cooldown Reduced by 2 seconds
Demon: Sleep Duration increased by 3 seconds
Throat cut
Sage: 25% Chance to not consume chi
Demon: "25% chance of injury to deepen" (unknown)
Earthen Rift
Sage: Damage increased to 430% Weapon Damage
Demon: Has 20% Chance to Deal 30% More Damage
Subsea Strike
Sage: Amplify effect increased to 50%
Demon: Amplify duration increased to 15 seconds
Inner Harmony
Sage: 30% chance to gain additional 100 Chi
Demon: "Release time less 0.5 seconds" (Unknown)
Twin Strike
Sage: 20% Chance to gain 20 Chi
Demon: Channel and Cooldown reduced by 0.1 Seconds
Headhunt
Sage: 50% chance to only comsume 1 Spark
Demon: Stun effect increased by 1 second
Raving Slash
Sage: Increases Attack level increase by 10 and reduces users defence by 50% Equipment value for 5 seconds.
Demon: 40% Chance to reduce Opponents Speed by 90%. Effect extended by 5 Seconds.
Rib Strike
Sage: Reduces Target Attack speed by an additional 15%
Demon: Reduces Targets Maximum HP By 10% for 10 Seconds. (< WTF Owned much lol? b:shocked)
Windpush
Sage: Cooldown reduce by 10 seconds.
Demon: Effect Extended by 3 seconds.
Maze Steps
Sage: Effect Extended by an Additional 2 seconds.
Demon: Immune Resist effect reduced to 80% Chance but Effect Extended by 10 seconds.
Dagger Devotion
Sage: Damaged increased to 90% Weapon Damage
Demon: Critical Hit increased by 1%
Focused Mind
Sage: Chance to resist hit increased by 8%
Demon: "Dodge with 10% of the damage effects" (unknown)
Shadow Escape
Sage: Removes any Negative Effects
Demon: Cooldown Reduced by 15 Seconds
Bloodpaint
Sage: Drain Effect increased to 3%
Demon: Increases Evasion
Deaden Nerves
Sage: Effect duration extended by 30 seconds
Demon: HP Recovery Effect increased to 35% maximum HP
Slipstream Strike
Sage: Cooldown reduced by 1 second
Demon: 30% Chance to increase attack rate by 20% (again WTF lol Owned o.O)
Power Dash
Sage: 50% chance to only Consume 1 spark.
Demon: 30% Chance to increase the duration by 3 seconds.
Tackling slash
Sage: Immobilize target effect extended by an additional 2 seconds
Demon: Immobilize target effect extended by 20 seconds at the cost of reducing the chance to Immobilize to 50%
Tidal Protection
Sage: Chance to resist Negative effects increased by 16%
Demon: "With 10% of the negative effects of the state dodge" (Unknown)
Tide Form
Sage: Swimming Speed increased by 20%
Demon: Adds an Additional 3 Defence
Puncture Wound
Sage: Bleed Damage increased by 20%
Demon: Bleed Time reduced by 3 seconds
Wolf Emblem
Sage: Effect lasts 30 Minutes, but decreased to 20%
Demon: Rage Damage Effect increased to 40%
Knife Throw
Sage: Cooldown reduced by 5 seconds
Demon: 100% chance to interrupt enemies channelling
Chill of the Deep
Sage: Adds an additional 5 Attack levels
Demon: Attack speed Reduction reduced to 70%
Rising Dragon Strike
Sage: Gain an Additional 30 Chi
Demon: Cooldown reduced by 5 seconds
Shadow Jump
Sage: Chi cost Reduced to 10
Demon: Distance increased to 35m
Shadow Teleport
Sage: Cooldown reduced to 30 seconds
Demon: Stun Time increased by 2 seconds

Nothing too unexpected except demon rib strike =D. Pure awesomeness.
I feel like Demon Maze Steps and Tackling Slash are more like nerfs than useful upgrades. I rather have precision than longer durations.0 -

Kinda like both. none "suck" sage/demon compared to me. but will probly go demon, but a few skills i wont ever make dmeon, cos suck, or high chance to suck lol.
me want the 10% hp debuff / attack increse lol.
combined with demon spark, then yea i prefer demon.
btw demon focuses mind.

Demon it is, but thats nothing new. Shadow TP adds 2 seconds stun? Thats awesome. And ribstrike the new STA (almost), wow. Archers are going to be mad at us.
The sage wolf emblem is very nice though, even though it reduces to 20%, but not good enough to go sage IMO.
Demon Tackling Slash is interesting to me. Could be great for PVP and make a bow worth while. Imagine being able to immobilize a BM/Barb for 20+ seconds and stand back and shoot em. If it fails, shadow escape and try again. Or use the LVL 99 daggers (i think) that increase range by 2 meters (I think again). You could be outside of most of there attacks (neither classes have very many ranged attacks) and just go to town for 20 seconds. Just a thought.
Me thinks these skills are going to be insanely expensive when they come out.0 -

Very nice skills on both sides to the point I actually will have to think a lot on my choice but thankfully I'm not close yet to choose my path b:chuckle
Rib Strike on sage seems nice too... 65% less attack speed, looks kinda anti-demons with their huge att speeds. Even a 5 atk per sec monster will get reduced to 1.75 "only", not bad imo.

So I see the sage and demon choices but did they add those without adding any 79 skills?
As for the choice between demon and sage I can see that the sage skills more certainty/consistency while the demon skills provide for an element of uncertainty. Demon sins look to be quite powerful IF their demon effects proc. Question is if you decide to go demon:

Those are pretty useful especially Shadow Teleport but I'm not sure I can pass up demon spark for them.0 -
Honestly I like Sage better atm. It seems to have a more solid garuanteed effect than Demon does.
But then again the Demon Triple Spark + Demon Rib Strike = Dead Target0 -

I did the same thing. 30 second cool down is very nice and sage does have some really great skills.
I think it comes down to this, do you want to be a sparker or skill spammer. A skill spammer with CotD would probably benifit more from Sage, while a high DPS sin would want demon.
This actually makes my choice tough because I recently fell in love with CotD and use it everytime I solo. However, in parties, I still like to go for high attack rate, so I am actually a little torn between the two right now.
3% bloodpaint is awesome, but demon rib strike is amazing. However, I doubt I could afford this skill book and going for high spike damage might be the way to go for a cheaper end game, yet still highly effective sin (I'm not poor, but most certainly dont have hundreds of millions of coin.0 -

it really seems sage assassins will kick **** with skills while demon will kick **** with auto attack.0

a warning to anyone thinking of going sage because shadow teleport is reduced to 30 second cooldown: there are a couple sage/demon wizard skills that SAY they reduce channeling from like 3 seconds to .4 lol, but the descriptions are wrong. it decreases by, so channeling is 2.6 (the numbers i just made up but you get the idea.) shadow teleport probably just reduces the cooldown to 150 seconds, based on my experience. but who knows, it could actually be 30 xD we'll just have to wait and see i guess.please sign here: _______________0

I don't understand why people would go sage. They have some nice skills but none are really better than an endless demon spark. The damage difference at end game is huge. There's no point to lower cooldown on stuns when you can't kill anything. The only reason why people should go sage is if they plan to stop at ~89 in which case sage might be the better path.0

Well both sides have great skillz... well cept maybe the deamon tackling slash (50% chance... hell with that <no pun>). I went deamon long time ago hoping theyd atleast give me a spark, originally i wanted sage just for toughness rather then dmg I like the extra atk speed reduction and really more atk lvl while being able to drop their def 50% on top of genie amps I really wish I woulda went sage like i originally was trying to hold out for. Meh but what do I know

yes sages +~50 att levels is great for skill spamming.
it takes about 2 seconds to use 1 skill.
a sin with full -int gear has a base 4 APS. thats 8 Attacks in the time it took you to use 1 skill
thats pretty broken and far greater in damage than your sage attack power
even at 3.33 APS it'll be higher
sage has some amazing skills. demon also has some amazing skills.

looking at the skills i use the most(rib & stuns).. i'd rather have longer stun effect..

30 CD : 3 sec STUN

together with headhunt.. in the span of 180sec you would have killed more squishies than being able to use it once in the same amount of time..
