Problems with Phschics

I do a lot of fc and did a lot of Gamma. Lots of phschics end up coming, in Gamma they got themselves into trouble frequently, like 100k on first wave or something.
In fc i've started to notice things. I demon Roar, then 1/2 sec later the mob group is running at the psychic....
I alpha male and 1/2 second later the mob group is running at the psychic...
Its not my job to teach people how to play their class, but they must have some move that does a mini stun and resets aggro, after that the likelyhood of them dying, and zhen class like wizard or Archer dying is greatly increased.
Can anyone confirm or deny this, and tell me what skill it is so i can tell the phschics to stop being noobs.

Anyway, it's probably a problem on their part. Tell them to turn off black voodoo, it's only good at pulling aggro in instances. Black voodoo should be something they use only when they're alone or pking.0 -

Glacial Shards aoe = 60% Immobilize (can't walk) for 4 seconds
Earth Vector (1 spark) aoe = 85% Stun for 6 seconds
Psychic Will (1 spark) = Physical Attack immune for 8 seconds
Soul of Retaliation = Reduce/reflect damage (not by much though)
Anyways, if they're already aoeing the mobs, chances are all their aoe are on their long **** cooldown. Just tell them not to use "Red Tide", and save the extra spark for "Psychic Will" or double spark (for invincibility) when trouble comes.
And I'm not sure, but when casting "Diminished Vigor", the character disappears for a second almost like assassin stealth. Maybe have someone test that out.0 -

They should be using White VooDoo. It is the same concept of someone having to tell an Archer to take off their rings. Psychic's however can still do damage with White VooDoo so they need to learn to wait and use some of their debuffs before pounding into a group or mobs or a boss.http://www.ecatomb.net/skillpwi.php

Aqua Cannon = 80% chance to slow by 80% @ lvl 1, aoe with 8 sec cooldown

You guys are kind of missing the point here. If they hit the mob for 1 million dmg I don't think the mobs should run at them immediately after roar or alpha male. I'm saying like Sage DB some of their moves reset aggro.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

me sort of noticed it to in a few FC runs.
the barb would alpha male/roar right in front of me....then all the mobs run straight at me.

Easy solution: Ask the Psy to wait till the 60-70% HP mark of the mob hordes life, then run Earth Vector (Does decent dmg and stuns. Does not reset agro and may save your life), Sandburst (also Very nice dmg and will make it harder for you to get hit), and if they aren't dead by then use Glacial Shards. That should allow you to keep agro and with a bms hf, should have obliterated the horde safely.
I haven't had a problem with that combo yet in FFC.
