    I seriously hope that isn't the case.

    We already have enough idiots on WC, **** having dudes from other servers wankin'it up as well. :/

    I bet it's a world chat with a scrolling marquee at the top of the screen like the annoying system announcements.

    I don't know why there's a new box, but it's completely in my way.

    Go to system settings > UI > under first sub cats it says "Chat Bubble" - Currently not functional

    supposed to put an actual "speaking baloon" like comic strips above your head



    this third box CANNOT be turned off as far as i can tell... been thru the entire settings menu and changed just about every setting in there

    GG devs, why add useless **** before the feature is available b:surrender


    altho, i will give them props... finally all the bugs that have been bugging me (no pun intended) are fixed

    i just dislike this third box =_=


    if it does indeed turn out to be a world-chat style thing, that you cant turn off... that's going to suck

    It would make no sense at all to create another box for a "world chat" when they can currently add the filter to the existing chat.

    I just wish maybe it would minimize like that "general" chat box.

    I currently have the horn box sitting overtop of that one (since I only use it for system, combat, and damage). Which that one is above and parallel to the buttons whenever I click public relations or systems. They just kinda float there for now lol.

I was just saying where I had it placed on my interface like the post before mine was saying we should suggest. Pretty hard to describe it without a photo.     That makes you unable to scroll the chatbox by putting your mouse in it and scrolling, like I often do.

    I can not stand the WC people on my server so its no worries. Never use the in game chat really only when looking for bh squads. Xfire ftw ;D

    I have got it just above the text entering line so i can easily click on it, and i notice that it is laying behind and not ontop of the chat box so i can scroll. went back on just to try it xD
