Wings of Grace worth leveling first?

Im a level 55 archer and im lookin at my future skills. Im wondering if Wings of Grace is worth getting at 59 right away.

    It's a skill that's maxed at lv1, so you're done as soon as you get it. It's a life saving skill that only costs one spark, and it makes you immune to movement debuffs too. This is one of your best skills as an archer for both pvp and pve.
    Wondering how much longer these **** packs are going to be around.

    Umm a small correction...it uses two sparks.

    Also its a really life saving skill as mentioned. I was able to withstand a FB69 boss (well eventually died but didnt get one shot and thats something when youre wearing crappy 5x armours) when i went in at arond 63 or so to help factionmates.

    No, it's one. Barrage is two.

    That's because it's full invulnerability while casting (3 sec). Then 15s of 30% reduction I believe.

    Sorry my bad b:laugh its one.

    Its a rare skill that I use (used only once till now to try run away from Pyro in FB69)

    Its not very useful in PvE except for delta and a few TT bosses. Its more of a pvp skill for its anti-stun buff.

    you use it everytime you steal aggro from bosses hehehe and that's sooo often

    it's very useful in PvE for survivability....especially uncharmed survivability

    Since we're on the topic, I'll ask here: How do you time Grace to resist attacks? I try to use it but the channel kills me. You'd need to know what was coming and pre-cast to actually put the invulnerability to use, it seems.

    Actually u need to activate it or even winged shell for that matter, before the target casts the spell else the damage reduction/resist doesnt come into effect. So if the shield isnt formed before the spell is cast from the target, you take full dmg even if the shield is on. I guess the same applies for the resist effect of Wings of Grace.

    The typical PvE usage is trying to survive a boss that attacks you b/c you "accidentally" stole aggro.

    Once you see the boss move toward you, immediately cast Wings of Grace. It will probably take a full second to reach a position to attack you, so you will be within the 3-second invincibility window when you get hit.

    This assumes you are attacking at a fairly far position. Some archers do not move to max distance when possible, for some reason.

    Thanks. I guess I'll have to hone my reaction times, then, sometimes the battle is too hectic for me to realize I stole aggro. I just spark when I see it. =P

    Clerics can win still, however very disadvantaged but if they can spark (demon spark more precisely) to resist your stunning arrow they win XD however if you read their spark you can spark back/stun them out of spark

    If you are at max distance when you steal aggro the barb has to chase the boss down to get aggro back. I generally am only at max distance if that places me outside an AOE.

    The barb should be able to chase down the boss, and you get precious milliseconds to react in time to put up shell or grace. I think it's worth it.

    Get full chi, wings of grace > blessing of the condor for chi > demon spark and thanks for coming :)

    personally i perfer winged shell. altho wings of grace follows close behind. but it's nice to have if your in a pinch. the 3 second invincibility has it's uses. like if your in a party and the cleric pulls arrgo, have the arrgo pull the mobs from the cerlic then cast wings of grace:P a cleric is more valuable in a party than a archer when in a dungeon xD besides you can always be ressed if you die.

    Hi I'm a level 65 Archer - I have finished FB59 and spiritual cultivation since I am now transcendant. I have two sparks.

    I go to buy skill Wings of Grace and it is available I have coin I have spirit - asks me to confirm to buy and then says my skill level is too low.

    What have I not done?? Why can't I get this skill?

    its kind of hard to use wings of grace in duels bcuz its not like i run around with chi stones in my inventory

    You are mixing up Wings of Grace and Wings of Protection.

    Spark in a PvE Duel in Safezone is worthless. If I was to see a cleric triple spark me in a duel i am not going to stand there and tank the damage. You run idiot, wait for the buff to wear off, Stunning Arrow + Quickshot and your fine.
