New Weapon, Whip?

I just noticed on the PWI Item Database there are whip weapons. What are these?

    I don't think they're new. Apparently there are two hidden classes that were never implemented for whatever reason, and one of them uses whips.

    I personally believe there are 2 more races to be introduced in a future expansion.

    Whips and Poles/staves randomly drop. If you search on PWDatabase, you can see that there is barely any information about them, but they are embedded in the files of PW.

    Also, if you view the skill trainers located throughout Arch, DWP and 1k streams, you can see that there are several empty locations where the 5th race trainers would be.

    Im definitely looking forward to see what will come!

    I would soooo play a dancer was an old game back in the day who had one she was the most awesome class ever lol. bards are cool too though.

    Yeah its a mystery all right.

    Personally I think that we will get the rest of the southern map sometime, whether or not we will get whips with it I don't know lol.

    I knew I shouldve SS'd the stave that dropped. It was a 1 star white NPC stave, but nevertheless, it dropped. It was for level 86. I didnt think twice of it, just npc'd it lol

    I guess it didnt happen :(

    i'd make a female charecter, dress her up in the sluttiest outfit and give her the sexiest whip, after all, its the hookers that need a whip not anyone else... b:laugh

    Whips and staves have been around in the database for ages. Some people found some class data in the PW files and people were speculating that those were going to be the rumored classes (turned out to be the tideborn and not said classes).

    Could have been a club? According to database certain mobs actually have something like a 0.4% chance of dropping these.

    What confuses me is the dreadful attack power of staves and whips. Either they have a lightning fast attack rate, which wouldn't really make sense (whips and staves aren't exactly speed weaponry)...or they just plain suck.

    Indiana Jone uses a whip....I wouldn't mind playing that class, as far as the staves I don't know what those are....and I have no clue what dancers and bards are.

    Actually, empty spaces in PW ain't exactly new. Ever go Fashion shopping in the AH and find spaces for clothing that has never existed?

    Or the aerogear. What the hell is a Neon Fusion? Sounds like a rave joint. Nope! A BM can use it and it'll be faster than hell... If it existed outside of the spot it's given in the AH.

    I'm looking forward to new **** coming. maybe some day there will be no more dead space in the Game.

    If there really dropped a mysterious weapon you would've been able to see what's the requisite class since it's always part of the hover discription

    welcome to pwi things that are suppose to be here still are coming slowly i hope the southern map is unlock soon. Keep forgetting it still lock and run into it, true squad are hard now but interesting to see. How ppl will handle it always fun to hear.

    This might be a little off topic, but are there any plans to create new content for the Mist City and Renegade instances? Seeing as we got Warsong and Nirvana.

    Bad news for this. FB109 was in China version for 1 week & then removed. This was prior to Culti100/Lost Empire Culti existing in the game. They made the decision to have the final culti hinge on Lost Empire & Rebirth and that grants the 3rd fairy now. What proves even further that they never intend to re-introduce Misty City & Renegade, is these dungeons were recycled & used elsewhere. Thats right, FB109 Heaven - Misty City IS Warsong. And FB109 Hell - Renegade IS Nirvana (with many halls removed & mobs removed). So they recycled the dungeons they had to use for this content, and i highly doubt they'd just say "hey guys, FB109 is back, oh yeah, its just a repeat of Warsong & Nirvana".

    we should take west map first cause it had rumor when 1st expansion called lost empire about 2 lands west of 1k and burning hearth called thousand rivers and volcano valley

    -thousand rivers a big marsh like swamp where the evil was created
    -volcano valley where the human used there nirvana spell to destroy the evil and in burning hearth u can see big hill outside the map it the volcano
