some quests that are level-required (and chain quests) expire after like 10 levels I believe.

For instance, the quest for Dismal Shade is level limited to 40-60. Since it's a timed quest, you can't pick it up and leave it sitting in your quest log, so if you don't do it by the time you're 61, you're never going to do it (though you could help someone else do it.)

This actually happened to a former leader of my faction - she'd put it off until someone in the faction needed it, then she couldn't pick it up.

One of the downfalls to the new BH system...no "true" reason for the quests if you want to level and most time online is spent doing these BH's.

Although, I can say that they do give amazing exp for my alts and RARELY for the 100+ BH's b:shutup

its not always 10 levels.. some are 5 and others 15-20

(cant remember wich site gave the range for the quests)

so..yes basically, with the new BH system..if you wanna up all your toons rapidly, you will lose a buncha quests ....so money, and reputation essentially
I look at all the trollers, and Pvpers.. and know they wouldnt have lasted 30sec on Camelot.

Like Reivi said, it seems to vary on how many levels before it disappears. Also quest that you have picked up, you can out level. I discovered this on my alt. I had a quest I picked up many levels earlier, and when I got around to doing it stated level to low to complete. It only said this AFTER the quest was done. b:angry

Sad thing is, quest's aren't worth it ^^

I can spend an hour+ hacking away at 50-70 mobs and fly halfway around the map for 25-40k exp..... or I can do my dailies and fill in the spare time with a few public quests for 100-200k a pop. If I just need coin/rep then farming mats is an infinitely better option, especially with how little an amount of coin quests give and how cheap rep is atm.

Especially when you get laughable quests like Heavenwear fragment, The Punishment and Gods Tear. As a result, I stopped questing at mid 6x on my alt and haven't touched one since.

    thanks guys.

this kinda sucks tho. this new bh system has uprooted and changed everything. kinda ruined the game in a lot of ways. i'm not really learning my noobs classes too well, and this has sucked out a huge portion of the experience and enjoyment of playing.

like i got to 50 on my psychic before the new bh. 1 per day was just enough to keep lvln steady, make up for deaths, and have me not need to grind. this now tho.. it's just too much. but i feel like if i DONT do them, i'll regret it later.. like in my 70s when lvln gets slow and hard. but then again, maybe now even 70-90 will be easy with the new bh.

Common belief among the majority of players. Also the cause of a lot of stress, players who don't know their class and unhelpful factions with leaders who only spam dailies all day while their faction rots.

9x players who believe "I'll fall behind if I miss too many dailies" baffle me. But people really do think like that. It's like they have this idea that in 6 months everyone ingame will be 10x and you'll be the lowest level and left out entirely.

Wrong. Lots of 9x and 10x will quit, take breaks, do other things, and a bunch on newbies will join the game and in 6 months we'll have the same old mix we've always had.

I very rarely do dailies on my BM. Ever. Somehow I'm still just about 9x and my 9x set is looking very nice indeed so far. Have a 6x and a near 8x alt and been messing about with all sorts of things ingame the past few months. Still haven't fallen behind. I could level in 2 days...or be lazy and level in 4....I'm still gonna level all the same ^^

Oh...and 70-90 is veeeery easy atm tbh.

let me just say that whether you do 3 or any BH's a day is optional...

everyone acts like they HAVE to do them... Maybe if you want to level as fast as possible and that's all you care about... but it's your choice.

I know that isn't related to this threads topic... but I see complaining about it in every thread, no matter the topic.
