Marriage quest problem.

I have almost NOTHING bad to say about the new marriage quest, my wife and I simply love it, but today she had a random discconect and the quest failed for us both and we could not retake it. Perhaps this can be tweaked so it doesn't fail if someone random dc's maybe give them 5 minutes to reconnect like we get 1 minute with instances to be re-added to party?

    Strange. I took the quest with my gf, and due to some bug that wouldn't let me see my quests I had to re-log. Upon re-logging we both still had the quest and had no problem teaming up and continuing.

    I also had a computer crash halfway through and had to re-boot, again no errors with continuing.

    This happened to us too today. My wife got random PW crash, got to love em since tideborn patch. As result my quest failed but she got keep hers after log back in game. While i lost mine for good, no way to get it back. Yes she was sad and canceled hers, and we did hope could get another but nope it wouldnt let us get it again no matter what we try.

    One d/c is all it take and its over, good job there PWI. We so happy we get this really nice new marriage quest but it come with something not fair at all. I dont mind if it fail and need go get it again, but that is not a possibility here... since it wont give another for that day.

    The same thing happened to my husband and I the other night. I disconnected, and when I logged back in, his quest failed, but I still had mine.

    Same game Crash and yeah more than anything my game crashes more now than before.... though i had the quest my gf didnt. i was leader though

    Has happened to my wife and I multiple times. BTW if one of you has the quest you still can't complete we tried that. It cancels as soon as you get to the npc.
    Things you can't do and the quest cancels:

    You can't switch squad leader from you to your spouse while you have the quest or it fails

    You can't invite anyone but your spouse to your squad or it fails.

    You cannot exit the squad or it fails (this includes dc)

    If you cancel quest it fails.

    You cannot get it back after it fails. If you still have quest after you do one of these it still fails. It will fail as soon as you get to the npc.

    Each day me and my husband try to go retake the quest, and each day the matchmakers servant has no quests available for us at all. It would really be appreciated if we, the disconnected, could enjoy the benefits of our marriages. Thanks.

    I've experienced the same problems as Dreaded had listed. So far, I've had 4 marriage quests fail. 2 of those quest failures involved disconnecting from the server. One involved a squad of other people, where I failed the quest when the lead was passed to me. My quest had failed, but my husband's quest did not. In fact, I was able to help him complete his and he got the reward from the quest.

    Another instance involved the npc Cho Wenchun. After having received the letter from Cho, the quest line came to a dead end and nothing could be done with the quest item. The marriage quest just disappeared from my quest log. Basically, I missed out on 1.28 mill of easy exp this week. b:surrender

    It would be great if the marriage quest would be like any other daily quest. Meaning, I could pick up the quest, log off, and then log on again to get it done without worrying about it failing. Another suggestion would be to make it a timed quest like Call to Duty (ex. ____ hours to complete or it expires). u.u

    Not fixed yet. It's been 4 times in 3 weeks that one of us get a game crash, each time it comes that fails the quest for the 2 of us and we can't take it again.
    Each time we try to do the quest with the widow, one of us crash (it means that we ALWAYS had 1 crash a week, we never been able to do this quest).
    So, please, do something, it's really annoying to have a ticket answer that say "wait tomorrow" or "wait a better connexion" b:angry !!!

    And we've had a disconnection failure too. We both had the quest when i logged back in, we talked to the npc and poof...fail.

    Well, I think they have done something about it. My wife dced, and she started the quest. She invited me to squad as she kept original leader, and we were able to both finish and get reward. If you do have a dc, make sure the person who started the quest keeps the leader. If you both dc, I think its gone.

    If you disconect try to remake the squad with the same leader! it happened to me and my hubby 2 times already to d/c during the quest's last steps... once only 1 of us, 2nd time both of us but always one managed to turn in quest before the squad was broken. After reloging we just remade the squad with the same leader and the one that d/ced finished his quest too. Just make sure u dont change leader during quest or when u remake squad b:chuckle.

    We didn't change leader yesterday, but after I came back -> Quest failed.
    I was the leader this time, perhaps it does something, but how can we know who will crash for not get the quest fail -____- ?
    Even with tunr in quest, when we try to speak to NPC (like for flowers picking quest) the quest just fail..

    Again, computer crash, again that fail the quest.. Will you correct this bug someday..?

    I d/c today and we lost marrage quest this sucks since we both bussy and i waited for her than she log on and i we got quest and i d/c than it failed wft is with this and with all d/c make it stop pleaseb:cry
