New TW rules

I just have some confusion around all the new rules. I cant seem to find it all in one spot and dont know whats old and outdated. Can someone either point me in the right directionn or answer this question. If you are outbid for TW do you receive a refund?

    you dont recieve a refund, tw was made to be a coin sink

    I did read something about them refunding a percent of your bid should you actually win the bid. I was just curious if they would refund a portion of your bid should you lose the bid as well. Anyone know?

    You will receive 90% of your TW bid whether or not you lose TW in the mail the following week.

    You can't really say the following week. I'm still waiting for some TW refund from a few weeks ago.

    I would recommend your faction leader or if it is you to submit a ticket about it so they can review it.

    As well as anyone else who is waiting for their TW refund.

    From what i understand all TW factions are waiting for refund for two weeks of TW.

    As the new mod said you get a refund if you lose the TW but i have no idea what happens if someone else bids higher on the same land. Hopefully you will still get a refund as it wouldnt be fair if you lose 10 million and the other faction just ends up paying 2 million to earn the attack after it gets a refund.
