Next week is going to be fun whatever you all decide we want to do next week. Because it is just that, a game that we all play together. The laughs are what keeps us all coming back for more.

    And there is NO such thing as bad replies because at least they replied. Ya know I always believe that everyone is entitled to their opinion. Besides, It keeps life interesting does it not? And how we respond to it just shows more of who we are as individuals and a community inside and outside of faction.

First though, consider that Arma split up, Arma is now a mess, at most a graveyard of what used to be a good faction now only full of people who wish it could be the way it used to be. Secondly, Bushido was formed entirely of Immortal members back in the day. Check your "Map History" and take a look at how much of an impact we had then. We as Bushido were restricted to duking it out with Arma back and forth for months, constantly changing sides between the two free lands that Cal or EQ didn't own, that are now owned by Dyna.

    The only reason Dyna has those lands, give me **** if you want for voicing my observations, is because Arma split, and we went through some rough times. We took a break from TW, Arma gave up those spots, and Dyna jumped on them like a fat kid on cake. What did that bid on Hunters come up to? 60 Mil? 70 Mil?

    Victory, our previous leader, left the game because he had some RL to take care of. He was the single most respected person in the faction, and for those of us who remember him, he still is. We lost a few members when he left, which was to be expected, but we are all for the most part, still here.

    There was no mass exodus when we lost what felt like a never ending battle with Arma, sure, morale was low, but we stuck together. We had land every week for months, sure it was a different one each week, but it was land. We had a bad weekend, got frustrated, needed a break. People were pissed off, but we got over it.

    There was no mass exodus when our leader left us, we stuck together, and are stronger than ever without him. We have learned so much from one another without having a revered leader to look to, I have to admit, his absence may have been the healthiest thing to ever happen. We are more a family than ever.

    And I, personally, have lost all of my best friends from this faction. I gamed with most of them from level 20, met in Arch and away we went. I was banned for two months because of a PayPal zhen charge error, and when I returned they were all higher level than me, and the luster and appeal of Calamity and Equinox was too great, they left.

    Even now, as I approach my 80's, I don't want to go with them. It isn't about impact on the map, it isn't about fame, fortune, glory, it's about the bond this faction has. It is unbreakable.

    No faction hopper will ever know it, because a faction hopper doesn't look at the faction, they only see themselves, and won't ever be around long enough to see what is in front of them.

    Until you join us, and let the atmosphere of this faction sinks in, you will never know it either. No amount of posts or rants or recommendations can describe it.

    Those of us who are here don't want to ever leave, and those who have left want to come back, and we will accept them back with open arms.

    I couldent agree more on all aspects of your post.
    I've been here since we formed aswell, but you already know that.
    I honestly think the best thing i've done in awhile, was leaving. The very short time i was gone. I missed thoes forums i all but to easily took for granted becuse they were always there, but when i was nolonger a member, they were nolonger there and.....I missed them.
    I missed the voices on vent ive been listening to for over a year, I missed my friends and family.
    I was all to happy to come back, with a little more respect and appreciation for the things i took for granted.

    As I said, some people we meet in our little virtual world really affect us and touch our real lives in some way - Kaz, you are one of those people for me. To see that message saying you had left the faction was like a huge punch in the stomach. My jaw dropped, my eyes teared up, and I felt like I was gonna puke. And I have to say that I feel this way about a good 90% of Bushido - it would be 100% but I just don't know every single member well enough yet :)

    Stepping into that faction chat, logging on to that vent every day, it's like walking into your best friend's house, helping yourself to a soda, and propping your feet up on the coffee table. I feel so comfortable here, so at home, and so respected and cared about - and that is exactly how we hope to make every person feel when they walk in the Bushido doorway :)

    When my faction merged with Bushido, I was made to feel so welcomed, so wanted in this faction. We were never treated like second-class citizens, but like long-lost family who'd just found our way home, and I've never felt more at home than I do every day I spend in Bushido :)

    I thank stazzy for starting this little intro thread - we should have done it months ago because it gives us a place for the whole of PWI to see exactly what Bushido is about and how we as members feel about it. Bushido is nothing if not blatantly honest about who we are and what we stand for, and it's time the rest of the PWI world knows just what we're about. We will not fade away, we will not break apart, and we will never give up - we fight with loyalty, honor, and respect - respect not only for our own members, but for everyone we come across in this little Perfect World. Say what you will about Bushido, but never say we don't have heart, because that is one thing Bushido certainly has a surplus of :)

    I have to say that Bushido has been WAY more than I ever imagined. The amount of honesty and dignity is just uncanny. Yes, there have been sad moments, but the way those are resolved in the end is just... amazing. More often than not I end up with tears of joy when the issues are resolved.

    Yes, we fight and bicker, but in the end we end up closer than ever before and due to that fact there are people in Bushido I could trust my life with and I'm not kidding.

    For me it truly is an honour and a privilidge to be allowed in the ranks with you all. It truly is something I can't imagine ever recieving in ANY other faction.

    And yes, I love the humps and spanks Stazzy b:kissb:thanks

    Well a Big Warm Welcome from XBushidoX.     Bushido, Which translates, "Way of the Warrior", originates from the samurai moral code and stresses loyalty and honor until death. We of XBushidoX stress respect toward other players and Cooperation towards common goals, and the pursuit of fun. We are a large organized ADULT faction consisting mainly of Players level 77-100, with OUR average ACTIVE PLAYER level over 75.

    History of XBushidoX:
    We Formed XBushidoX after the Immortal Leader left and we decided as a majority that we needed to form a new faction from the ground up. The guild strongly wanted VictoryPets as the Leader and myself as Director. We had several success's and fails in TW and enjoyed every minute of them. Then VictoryPets had to take a much needed leave of absence and he turned lead over to me (nymfysubstaz). I in a word Freaked out scared to death that I could never fill Vic's shoes and passed lead to SlyLilFox. Who in turn a month or two later passed lead back to me for Real Life issues. So, for the last several months I have been Leader and seriously could not do it if we didn't have such an ourstanding faction. With Officers who are too incredible for words. They make me look good.

    We took a much needed break from TW to practice together, level together and work on everyone's gear. So that we could come back and be a much stronger faction for it. I have never seen a faction that plays together like we do. We really take care of one another and genuinely enjoy playing together even if its just squading to farm herbs in hell together so we can make powders for the entire faction. Our biggest strength is that we truly enjoy each other and we squad together very well at all level ranges.

    So, here we are today The Underdog, preparing for going to war against Dynasty and Calamity. We are friendly with both factions and in truth play with several other factions on a regular basis. And we are looking forward to 2 very intense battles and fun battles. I couldn't be more proud of this wonderful community of players who carry the XBushidoX name over thier heads. I am honored to be one of them.

    IF being in a faction where respect and honor are important and playing with like minded individuals who really enjoy playing together as a community is important to you, then please visit our site and fill out an application with XBushidoX. We have worked very hard to overcome obsticles that ever faction deals with and We have GREAT things ahead planned for our Dreamweaver Map. We are the Underdogs and WILL Succeed where other's have failed. So, if you like a challenge and like being part of a community that truly plays well together and works hard for one another then we just might be what you are looking for and haven't found. I can promise you this, You will NOT find another guild like us.
