    Via 3 methods:

    1] Reach LVL30 and do the quest to get free wings.

    2] Spend some money on Gold, and buy the wings from the botique.

    3] Buy wings from another player with ingame money. [Pricey]

    yes if you buy wings from the boutique
    or from someone else who bought them in the boutique
    its impossible to always do the right thing we all make mistakes i am not different from that
    just try to be a good person

    They ain't in the cash shop on Sanctuary. So I have not seen anything that is less than level 20. So your either seeing things, or your server has something Sanctuary doesn't in it's CS. And don't laugh at my sentence structure and flow. It is 1:30am here in Hawai'i, i'm tired as heck, haven't been able to sleep well in nearly three months, and can't think clearly so :P

    They WERE in the CS on Sanct. Not anymore.

    EDIT: move your cursor over the last wings: they are lvl 10 req.

    Spectral Haze. lvl 20 req. Shadowbreeze and Wildfire, lvl 20 req. All the others, lvl 30.

    There have been a lot of errors like that recently. Look at the Wildfire wings... the Botique info says that are 2.5m/s ... But if you hover over the icon, you see that they are 3m/s

    Al some of the new fash has wrong amount for the dyes that you see when you hover over the icon.

    For a while as well, the Super Cage and Super Bank stones had the description of the Super Inventory stone. Confused some of my friends.

    If they can't give us a bug-free game experience, can they at least double check the items in the boutique? b:surrender
