    As mentioned in another thread here, bows actually help alot. I always lead with bow against physical mobs at max range, and at these low levels, they're at half life before they get to you. Put a quick weapon switch on ur skill bar, 1 or 2 skills, and the mob's history. I usually only take 1 hit if anything.
