    Holy **** I feel weak. Most I have done is a 34k crit on Fushma, but that was awhile ago. I land about 10k regular hits on mobs and crit around 18k normally these days. Although, I rarely crit with my strongest skills, which sucks.

    stop using @ to replace "a". @ = the word "at", not the letter A.

    i guess you think you're being cute or clever, you're not. you're going out of your way, taking the extra step to shift+2 when you should really just be using the letter key. it's pointless, and not pleasant to look at. and i'm actually surprised anybody even bothered responding to you, specifically because of how you typed that.

    i hitted highest 50k recently on thousand yr spirit in fb89 eden with amp + demon spark <3

    i once hitted 78k crit with demon spark + amp + HF + extreme poison on fb79 boss. xD but i lost the screenie cos my com broke down b:cry

    Oh phew! I was beginning to think it was only me. (Oddly, my normal is lower than yours, at just under 5k but my crit is higher at 10-12k)

    What are you guys doing to get those insane crits? I can get up to maybe 16-20k if I go swat a level1 plant, but that's still an order of magnitude less.

    on a more relavent note my highest crit is 64k on a mob in BH89, celestial spark, ironwood scarab and extreme poison

    Stacking effects. Multiplicative effects give great results. Howl/Mind Break (or the cleric one), amp, spark, extreme poison, blood vow, and so on. If you get all of that going at once you can hit really really high. It relies on coordination and/or luck though.

    Stacking effects like that gives you a better return than simply having individual ones on. For example, if something has 33% wood resistancce, and you land a mind break, amp, and poison you're getting 50% additional damage from mind break (go from 67% to 100% damage), 20% from amp, and 20% from poison. Those are multiplicative for a 116% damage boost. Think about if you have spark and such on as well. The damage can get insane.

    More. I left off things like curse and spark. There's also the issue of how hard your nukes normally hit. My average venomous is 11k. It will give higher results (overall) than yours which I think you said is around 5k or so.

    Using those effects above, lets say you double spark, that's about triple damage right? (not sure offhand) and your normal nuke is 5k
    You're now hitting 15k.
    Add on amp and you're hitting 18k.
    Add on poison and you're at 21.6k
    Throw in a mind break (assuming 33% resist, I've found lots of stuff lately has lower resists which reduces the usefulness of this) and you're at 32.4k.
    Throw in the crit and you've got 64.8k.

    A curse effect (I don't know what does this, I see it all the time though) would make it even higher. If that thing is a 20% damage increase, you would be up to 77760 damage. Then on top of everything else, look at the levels of what several people that have posted, including myself are. A large chunk have more magic attack, stronger weapons, and sage/demon nukes.

    Well...I'd try, but there's too many errors. My head hurts just from looking at it, the massive run-on sentence that it is.

    To the original poster: From what I can discern, you simply have a disregard for basic grammar, as you rely on "txt tlk" instead of just converting a to the @ symbol. I severely doubt that that many keys on your keyboard are broken, and you have yet to devote the minimal amount of funds it takes to get a new one.

    I understand your A key is broken. It says that in your signature. Still that doesn't give you any excuse to misspell simple words like "what" or "because" or "want" into "wut or "becus" or "wnt". Spelling correctly isn't that hard. You just seem like a lazy typer to me.

    Ignoring the eye-bleed quality of the OPs posts.... Hrm. I got a 20kish crit the other day with Ironwood or Lucky while tanking Quanji in 59. And I think I has a 14k normal hit with one of those two and mind break and amp on Pyro. Gonna enjoy playing with mind break more....

    Omg, how hard is it to spell simple words correctly and use commas and periods where they need to be? It's not that hard. I'm not asking you to post it perfectly either, eveyone makes typos, but doing it on purpose is no excuse. I see several simple words in there that you should know how to spell. And I'm sure you know where your periods or commas are supposed to go, too. If, you do this your posts will be ALOT simplier to read, and it won't make our eyes so dizzy b:shocked But really, if you wanted this post to die, you wouldn't be replying or posting the same question in every class subforum.
