If i get a hors from the little shop that you need zen for, forgot what it is, could I get fire for it so it's legs are on fire as it runs?

    The horse with fire on its legs is called Midnight, and it's not released in the Boutique (yet).

    You can't buy any more special effects for your mounts.

    They come with what they come with. You can't buy sparkles, glowing eyes, armor, etc. for a mount.

    What about spurring the horse? should create some effects not to mention speed.

    No, you cant purchase armor, sparkles, glowing eyes, or any other special effect for a mount of any kind. That kinda stuff is already on the mount. No, it cant be changed. The more expensive a mount you get, the more shiny stuff it has. If you want shiny stuff, hit a much higher level, and shard your armor.

    Although they may not be "dumb" as Magic seems to imply, I can say from experience that horses can be just like humans sometimes, insomuch that there tends to be some pretty dumb ones out there.
