    If you attack some random monster, then all of its friends will come over to attack you back. And if a Cleric throws a heal at you, all of those friends will then hate the cleric more than you, and so will rush over to kill the Cleric. Who will hate you forever.

    I've always seen it as a butterfly. But upon closer inspection it's probably a flying dove--doves symbolize peace, purity, and goodwill, which rather fit the cleric role.

    Y'know, except when we clerics go full DD mode and tear the boss a new one. :3

    I've always seen it as a bell. Bell...Clerics...idk, it's made sense in my mind.

    As to butterfly, I can see it...sort of.

    The new Cleric icon is much too feminine for my tastes. It seems (to me) to be a pair of fairy wings. I would prefer the symbol be just a white feather or wing, not a pair of colorful fairy wings, but what are you gonna do? They're not that bad when you get used to them...

    And if someone makes fun of your fairy wings you BEAT...THAT..****!!!! b:laugh
