    yap my friend his PWI works just fine and i did verify my files but no luck, and LHOOD thanks for your help but sadly no luck it didn't work for me but thanks again

    did you update both patches 1 and 2?

    Been having this issue, and this past weekend has been at its worst. I am up to date with all patches, verified them all, and am hard-lined to my cable modem through my pc, with my antivirus program allowing full access to PWI, always has been.

    Need some suggestions, please. Getting tired of seeing, Unable to Connect to Server >.<

    this is when i try to use the cable conection directly into the pc

    Since I'm having this problem, and what I get is the same img as the first one in the post above, and I'm using a cable connection, I think I'll co connect to wireless and try and see if that fixes it...

    Unfortunately I still have the same problems mentioned here as well. Sometimes I can log in, sometimes I can't. I've submitted many tickets at this point as well to no avail. My internet works fine, all other games, apps, etc work absolutely fine. PWI is the only program I have issues with. Glad I haven't paid for a program that only works once in a rare while with no CS to speak of......

    Er....yes they're supposed to be down for another 45 minutes yet or sooner if all goes well. But this thread was created a few days ago and thus has nothing to do with the ongoing maintenance.

    so bottom line, wats the way to fix this ? >_> i played around with my servers a bit to try to get a higher internet speed but doubt all the other ppl writing on this thread did the same :P

    my cusin told me about this game and i have been wanting to play all day and i just got it downloaded and i have the same thing happing to me can anyone let me know what im doing wrong

    So Ive been playing PWI for over a year now, and I just uninstalled the game, checked my firewall permissions, opened ports, and updated the patcher and client... I still can;t connect. I can update, but it currently shows every single server down from my client. I checked the site, which says they are online, any idea what the problem could be? Obviously, I am not the only one suffering here ^^

    After every update, it is a good idea to verify your game files by pressing verify on the launcher before pressing the start button. Also check your firewall isnt blocking your connection by shutting it off for a second while you try to connect.

    If you can connect when its off then it is blocking your connection.

    If doing the above doesnt help,

    try sending a ticket to Customer Support @:

    yea gang, i got it working on Windows 7, but then after Win update its not working again, non of the issues support has is going to fix the problem, its mostly about drivers and win service's, they have to update more details or contack Microsoft for more info, coz this is not going to work.

    Atm i cant log ingame, and i was able to log few hours ago, now, drivers did work, not one of the issues (that are pretty simple and i dont belive that anyobody can not know about those) mentioned in the Admins posts are in stake here, its about drivers and Microsoft Tech support.

    Well i was finally contacted once by CS, they told me the same useless **** that is already posted on the forums and never responded to any of my questions since. Still having the same issue, no firewall, blah blah blah. What a joke.

    Done and done. Sent a ticket over 24 hours ago, so I hope for a response soon.

    Tickets can take 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday) to get a response.

    Most likely it wont be looked at till at least Monday, so please be patient.

    Do not send another ticket regarding the same issue because it will just bump your ticket back to the bottom causing a long delay in a response.

    Be sure to check your email everyday next week for a response :)

    Fine. too bad they don't compensate us with something for us this, it's not our fault, and seems like a lot are able to play, while a lot of players can't. I could have lvl'd at this time, earn money, talk to my friends etc. Not to mention the lost EXP thanks to dying cuz of the lags and disconnections...

    I ve got a reponse to my ticket to reinstall the game.
    Thats my third time and still I cant connect!
