If Warsong Marshal Badge is the rarest then..

well for one, the lunar rings(cause atm sanc probably has lunar rings as top), you can put on 2. And most buyers tend to want 2 of them. Its like this warsoul badge having double stats. The 'possibility' of the double stats make it higher

I know 5 people with it now, I think they might've removed it when they removed the announcements considering I haven't seen any of the actual belt being announced since that update.

The stamp gives a neck not a belt. I have only seen one on sanctuary and it was earned with the normal way of cogs and warsoul frags. Someone posted the drop table of the anniversary pack ripped from game sources and there is no stamp in it.

That would be rather strange timing, for warsoul amulets and belts to be announced, and no chance of actually getting the items from packs. I've seen 2 necklaces, not counting the belts. And someone posted in the first day or two about seeing one, caused some confusion with people being convinced warsoul weapons were in the game already.

So possible so many people suddenly started getting them from just doing cube, for the necklace anyways, it doesn't seem quite as likely as if the drop table was wrong. At the end when there was money to toss around, but during the first week? Rather coincidental.
