I dont know why this is allowed to continue, all its doing is driving out players. Im sure its great for PWI's sake but this isnt completely the fault of PWI as everyone is so quick to point blame at. The real fault is the players that are willing to pay these prices. If everyone would stop buying so high, everyone else would stop selling so high. Its a simple thing people, if everyone bid 100k-120k and refused to go higher the cost will eventually come down to meet the demand but as long as your willing the sellers have no reason to lower cost. 1 solid day can change the game's entire economy. Myself and many others have stopped playing because its now impossible to play "the ultimate free-to-play" game for free anymore. Ive spent way more than my share on Zen, bought herc, charms, mounts, refining aids all adding up to several hundred dollars within the past 2 months but it was done by choice. Ive also bought charms and other various items with in game coin that was earned by grinding and such thats no longer remotely close to being an option. People, stop paying the prices. Players control the economy, bid low and be patient if your tired of the high cost. If you dont the server will end up being pretty boring with less than 100 peeps left. As unlikely as that sounds its going to be a very realistic outcome.

Oh. My. God. That is just completely absurd. Wow.. I'm really glad I stopped playing this game. As far as I'm concerned this game is dead. It was great for a really long time, and I was behind it 100%, but they screwed up bad. Too bad. I took my business to another game that had it under control, and I'm happy to report I'm having a much better time.0

I hope you guys know, gold prices are only this high because of the event at hand. Cash shoppers buy gold during the event, and they sell it a significantly higher price than they normally would, because they know that during this event people who are unable to access gold will pay a greatly higher price than they would under normal circumstances. It's call supply and demand. The higher the demand of a certain item, they higher the price of the item or the price the consumer is willing to pay. So everyone just be patient and remember it's only a game, you don't have to buy gold. Prices will go down after the event. But I do know this, IF we didn't have a cashshop, this game would not be free to play. We would have a monthy fee to pay up-front. So be happy with what you have and enjoy the game. Stop QQ and worrying over gold prices, you dont need it.>.<0

When a gold charm is a mil in coin theres all the reason to QQ about it. In the past month the cost has grown insanely to those who cant/dont buy zen and thats not what this game is suppose to be about. The high gold cost effect every other aspect of the game thus causing the "average" player to leave because he cant get decent gear, weapons, items and so on. First day the anniversary packs came out gold prices jumped from 250k to 550k for selling price. Buying prices were, of course, slightly lower at around 480k. This was in the first hour after maintenance.Meh, saw a couple other people doing this so...

I think it's time for all of u qqing, to have a reality check.
The facts.
1)"The ultimate playing experience" PWE has infact delivered this. U pay nothing to download and play this game. Wich ingame attributes are above and beyond any f2p out there. The qq is infact about "winning the game" ergo, getting the "uber gears" Be honest and true to yourselves. You are crying cos u cannot obtain the l33t gears. Not cos u "have to pay for a free game"The game is still free, u just wanna be pro and not have to pay for it. No way. No thriving buisness will ever let u do this.
2)This "everyone band together to change game" scenario will not work. Simply because, for every qqer/quitting the gamer/whatever here are in these forums, there are thousands.....no exaggeration here....thousands, maybe even 10s of thousands!!!, that are indeed enjoying the event, indeed playing it to their advantage, indeed buying gold, etc.The minorty vote, plus the minority vote that doesn't pay the company....will never be heard. This is a reality in buisness and in life.
3) The company has implemented some changes. Due to point number 2, there is no coming back from this. No revolution or anything is gonna take place. Those who leave, do so. The company makes back probably X10 of what you leavers gave, from those who stay.
It may be hard for u to swallow, may hate me for speaking the truth, but that doesn't change anything. It's happened, it will go on with or without you.

Even if you manage to get gold to 100k, it'll last, what, an hour? It doesn't decrease the demand a bit, people still want gold as much as ever. And that gives the sellers the right to charge 400k, because it's still worth it, no thanks to the anniversary packs...and mount sales...and D.orb sales...and charm pack sales, ETC.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

1. your practically not looking at the maths, prices are rounded to 400k of BUYING gold and vice versa. The amount you get from coins is lower BECAUSE your buying gold FROM INGAME coins. What would GMs and devs do with virtual coins?
2. Get a job
3. People will come back eventually

The only reason gold prices are so high is because there are not enough people selling gold, and too many people want to buy it with in-game coin.
If you want to see gold prices go down, don't buy gold with in-game coin, charge it yourself. Ah, but you don't spend money on games, so that's why the gold prices are so high. lolI post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.0 -

and this. If gold dropped to 100k tomorrow, you can bet your pretty pennies I'd be there to buy $1000's of dollars worth out of the AH. And resell for 3-400k each, because again- there's enough coin on the server to support those prices (that, and there's not enough gold being dumped into the AH).0 -
Players QQing about gold prices are the players that want to play for free AND get all the cash shop items they want whenever they want it.
Sorry but thats not how its supposed to work.
You can play for free of course, but you are not supposed to have everything you want SO EASY without using the cash shop, thats why these games are also called "cash shop games".
I think that 400k for the gold is a reasonable price, given the fact you are buying money made with real hard work, with game money that are made by playing (having fun).
100k for a gold was total rip off, im a new player but i cant imagine there were such silly noobs in the game who sold their gold for 100k.0 -
Boutique items are purely a bonus for the game. If you don't like the cost of the bonus, don't get it. Or use your own %^#$ irl money.0
