    Great, Now I have to spend another $1000.00 to attempt to even get what I want probably. b:angry I hope this thing is only 1 or 2 gold, OR they would post percents/stats on the box drops.

    EDIT: Nvm, after seeing what people are getting out of this event I quit buying zen!

    Greed will always out this company earns enough money as it is,im glad that they are trying to make game more intersting but cme on not at the expence of the players enjoyment.
    i played this from the start all be it different charrs and it was great fun now its about money,and to those ppl who say well you dont understand economics i say **** that this a game not real life for crying out loud.
    I am fast begining to think about playing a new game and ditching this game,as its ok for the ppl who can spend real money but for ppl who cant then they are screwed.

    The players are the ones that make this a great place not the devs, shame on you ppl for trying to **** your player base for more cash and at the end of the dy soon we will have to spend money to get any where in game

    i think that is injust!! only the ppl registered since 30 sept 2008 can have that mount!!!?? noooo, this is imposible! why they yes an the others not? pfff ....a lot of ppl is quitting for that thing, and i said i want a desbound...nothing still not spawn the desbound. -.-''' can i stay playing more...hmmm why?? say me a COOL reason, because if u not are rich u are a ...insect at that game

    AAAAHHHH!!! I have been downloading the patch for about 3 hours and then just as it was at the end my sister unplugged the router by accident and it has to start all... over... again.... I am never going to get back on!!!!!!!!! *cries*

    Where exactly are we supposed to get the mount, cause I went to the postbox and didn't get anything.

    Note, I registered for the closed beta, so I know I was registered before the 30th.

    the economy on pwi is fake. PWI has all the liberty and ability to raise the price by 10x bars. Well, a bubble can only grow so big before it bursts

    (...um, yeah, I'm mainly really happy because they used the Hell Hound skin for it, and I think Hell Hound looked like a pretty mount...)

    I'm starting to get concerned that every week there's an update, and then they drop a huge 327MB update on us.
    What is so "wrong" with PWI that it needs a 327MB "patch"?
    I'm spending more time, as of late, doing updates rather than gaming. That's sad on two fronts, one because the updates are so frequent (weekly), and now so large, and secondly that my life has gotten so busy that i can't seem to get much gaming time in between the updates.
    Just to keep in check, my directory measured around 2.4 - 2.5 GB upon install this summer (July 2009) and now is over 3.1 GB in about 6 weeks.
    I'm not complaining about the HD space what with HD space being as cheap as it is, it's just the constant patches. Does every MMO go through the same weekly updates?
    I'm getting concerned? b:shocked

    I used all the 8k +zen (80 golds) I charged when there was 15% bonus zen sale, I got only 1 platinium mp charm , and countless normal luck tokens... b:cry
    I know someone who got that rare endgame weapon with only 3 golds...

    First of all, I do appreciate the fact that PWE gave those of us that have been here from the start a gift to celebrate its first year. Logging in to my character on my b-day yesterday to find a gifted mount was nice. For those that didn't get one, maybe on PWI's next b-day they'll have something for all... one can hope.

    That said, I do share some of the misgivings some of you have, but here's the thing: As long as people keep pumping money into these "events", it'll keep happening!

    A truly festive event to celebrate with the players would have been to make these items rare mobs drops, or have a collection event (Similar to the xmas event). This feels more like a "don't have enough, give us more of your (or your parents') hard earned cash in this weakened economy" event than a "thank you for sticking with us through this critical time" event.
