It reads ONE token for an exchange for either of those. I am assuming we randomly get a "Scroll of Tome" (small % base) and we pick from that list.

If it was the "Anniversary Pack", I would agree. The pack can give gold lunar gear and other insanity.
This "Anniversary Box" though, actually looks pretty reasonable. I'd imagine that getting a tome or even a token of great luck will be pretty rare (ditto the mounts), so mostly people will be trying to accumulate piles of tokens of luck to hand in for something worthwhile.
I'm guessing the packs will actually be quite cheap, since you'll have to get very lucky to win anything good (I hope!). They may not even really be worth buying.0 -

I remember checking out all those trade in options at that NPC a while back. You'd just need the one token, so figure at best a 0.01% drop rate or so.

The odds for getting anything godly from the packs are just as good as getting a Goldmane Lion from the Eggs...at the majority of the odds seemed to be stacked in favor of a 15 Mirage Celestone Pack...which I'm not complaining about![SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

From my understanding, we can get one of three categories or non-tradeable items:

Its the free mounts that have got me going all O_0?! Especially since I just bought a Violet Lightning from the cash shop a week or two ago...
