    nice to see the post was edited to hide what they do when perfectworld causes a issue like this . even in the support chat they gave the answer oh we cant talk about that on live chat. this appears to be about to get ugly

    yes watch it . i tried buying with paypal and it caused a error in the system and now they banned my account. FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    that is sad when u try to pay them money and they ban u for it. so not cool

    yeah... that happened to a few of my friends in the past, getting instant bans for an error at charging zen -.-

    it's an odd occurrence and it should be fixed really, one of my friends nearly quit for that b:shocked

    nonetheless, they sent a ticket and it was resolved within 24hours

    Sent a ticket for the missing bonus this morning, still no response.

    I send a ticket around 5am server time this morning (08.16.2009) and still have no reply or bonus zen (i even send a screenshot to verify it)... how long will i have to w8 till i get my extra zen? :(

    as far as upholding rule #8 that applies to all information passed on secondhand from GMs, Admins and Mods those posts need to be deleted because they fall under the personal conversation aspect of forum rule #8 but i dont see those being edited or removed. in all fairness to say it was removed as only upholding the rules u have to remove all the others also.

    It might be good idea to have this extented to Monday or another one next Sunday.

    I woulldn't mind knowing if these new charms are permanent not just sale items that will end on Tuesday.

    Rest assured that those who had or currently have any problems with their payments. Please submit a ticket to our Billing department.

    We will be sure to remedy any issues as well as rectify any billing issues at hand.

    Now regarding those attempting to purchase the Platinum Charms and are upset about missing the short window of this sale, please don't worry.

    We've offered "rain check" sales on items in the past and have no problem doing it again in the future.

    my only problem with what u said xarfox is there was a post earlier about contacting chat for billing issuses, you do that and again the same admin (name edited for pwi-forum rules ) tells u "submit a ticket" This is EXTREMELY irratating.. I sent my ticket in 2 days ago now and still waiting. $100 and not 1 penny of bonus zen.

    yo banning people is not taking care of users problems. im reading all this up here and you all done wrong by alot of people. there are places to report companies like this in the us and i recomend everybody that got screwed need to do that. im deleting this game from my hard drive tonight !

    Sometimes it can take more than 2 days to tend to your tickets, but rarely more than 3. Even if the sale ends by then, they can tell if you did make a purchase during it and are legible for the bonus.

    I would really love this rain check if you could, Xarfox.

    I hear it could take 24 hours because paypal is implementing something new so thats why its taking this so long.

    But paypal has already taken the money from the account so yeah :D

    Idk what kind of coding you guys use, but I heard that some recent decompliling updates caused some bugs with loop programs. (Ending early was one such bug) Just thought I'd give you a heads up on it :)

    And the 'rain checks' mean "next weekend" I need the sale to go on till Monday or w/e lol.

    Still nothin... I mean not my zen (not there yet too) i mean nothing.. not even an answer... I submitted another ticket in case my first didnt come through or something like this... Will we get an answer in game (postbox?) that we at least get our bonus zen? Cause all i want (right now lol) is ensurance that i get it! I only charged this weekend cause of the bonus zen sale so im kinda -.- right now.

    Just remember everyone. There are probably quite a few tickets to respond to. And they will get to you in the order in which your ticket was submitted.

    And a side note it takes even longer if it's your first time buying zhen. I ran into some problems the first time i bought. But I talked to Snuggles, and he got everything taken care of.

    How long should we wait? I needed Zen yesterday but refused to charge it b/c my mom charged zen 2x and didn't get either amount. She's still waiting and its been well over 24 hours.

    Paypal has never done me this way, and I use it quite frequently and not just for this game. They seem to be saying its a problem with paypal.. I dont' get it.

    Okay let's all chill out for a bit. Here's what I know:

    Yes, the bonus ZEN ended early, but everyone who did not receive their bonus ZEN will have it given to them. This may take a while so please sit tight and be patient with the knowledge that the main issue has been resolved and now we're just playing catch up.

    Regarding Paypal, they definitely added another level of verification so if you're having an issue send us a ticket and wait for a response. We will be more than happy to assist you with resolving this however Paypal may(I'm not 100% on that) need to be contacted as well.

    I would advise against using live chat for either of these issues. Live chat takes up a whole lot of time and it is not necessary to use it to get the aforementioned issues resolved.
