It's come to our attention that the Bonus ZEN event has ended a day early. We do not know why this happened, but will try to clear this up as soon as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Soooo if we purchased today, will we receive it?

    Seeing as it's advertised as such, I would think its the right thing to do. When other businesses advertise a mistake, they will usually own up to their mistake and honor the purchase.

    At this point we Moderators know as much as everyone else about this. As Andracil said we are trying to speak to an admin but those we can talk to are all offline. As soon as we know more we will inform the rest of you.

    Just a thought. You can see when purchasing zhen what you are going to get. This includes the bonus. If it wasn't there then you know why you didn't get it. So for those who are saying they got scammed or what not, calm down. You saw what you were getting several times before you hit confirm.

    Perhaps someone would want to remove the gamewide announcements stating there is still a sale..... again misleading your customers into believing they are paying for something in which they will not get.

    Irrelevant. If you advertise a discount, or bonus you intend to draw additional customers. If a shop don't deliver the goods for the advertised prize then they're pretty close to scamming. But, most likely, in the wild-wild-west, US cowboy land it's perfectly acceptable to conduct business in such a manner.

    And the ad is still up, even now.

    All i can say is that ppl got ZEN thinking of the extra 15% and if ppl (me included) dont get those Extra 15% (since we charged in the announced date) theyre all being stolen by PWI admin.

    It's as simple as that.

    Actually, if something is advertised in the U.S. by law the store needs to head that advertisement until it is taken down. Otherwise they are subject to a hefty fine if reported.

    Hes correct,, unless the advertisement itself was just a blatant mistake (see Best Buys recent 10$ HD tv sale) ., PWI could be subject to fines through false advertising. Whether the sale ending early was a mistake or not, they intentionally advertised that it would be available all weekend. This means they have made a legally binding agreement with the public, and under law, must keep the agreement or face punishment such as fines. The fact this happens with nearly every sale only lends credence that it could possibly be intended. Overall not a good track record from any business standpoint.

    Legally yes pwi has to provide the bonus zen to anyone who bought it in the days advertised, unless they provided a stipulation, such as while supplies last- or if they had removed the in game announcement as soon as the problem occured. If they had done the last they would need to only refudn those that had purchased it prior to the removal of the announcemnt, but as I see the announcement is till in cicrulation obviously this doesnt apply. However has anyone checked to see if there is fine print stating while supplies last anywhere? I highly doubt it but you never know.

    yes watch it . i tried buying with paypal and it caused a error in the system and now they banned my account. FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    and yet they processed the 3 payments made following the one from paypal that had the error message

    yeah... that happened to a few of my friends in the past, getting instant bans for an error at charging zen -.-

    it's an odd occurrence and it should be fixed really, one of my friends nearly quit for that b:shocked

    nonetheless, they sent a ticket and it was resolved within 24hours
