    Their goal is to make money. IF it was for you to make money, it would be your game. You can't blame them for bringing on something that the players want. However; it would appear they are trying to gain more people USING the cash shop for items rather than buy them in game. With this logic, gold would go down as not as many IN GAME would be buying...

    Kinda makes sense I think.

    hm. i don't think that more people using the cash shop for items would cause gold to go down. you seem to be arguing that since more people will charge zen to use on themselves, that fewer people will be buying gold using in-game coin. however, if more people charge zen to use on themselves, then presumably fewer people will be buying gold to sell to others. it's hard to say which effect will be the greater, but even if they are equal, gold prices will not budge from their ~175k price.

    i guess i'm leaning towards prices actually going up, since the people who will charge zen to buy these charms are the same people who would charge zen anyways, whereas the adamant in-game buyers would just offer more coin than normal for the gold that is available.

    funny i could buy the gold alot cheaper then that lol also this is a way for the game company to make more money they want them to spend money on a new item but if the gold prices get to high people will either a buy gold to sell at high prices or b just get gold using zhen so they dont have to waste so much in game money either way people are gonna keep the prices high.

    Humm, I can this going one of two ways.

    Either, since these charms are cheaper per HP than gold charms, people will say "Oh, zen is more valuable now" and spend more coins for it.

    Or, just possibly, because they take longer to be used up people will be buying them less frequently, so demand goes down, so zen is less valuable.

    I'm thinking the latter, at least at first, since there's still a fair glut of gold-charm boxes and people are still selling gold charms at the special-offer price.

    I know I won't need one of these for ages! I've not even put on my supply-stash one yet.

    I still got charms from charm packs so im not buying platinum, it is rather nice though having twice hp or mp. If platinum charms are perm i think gold charms might go as extinct as silver charms but thats just speculation on my part.

    Does it matter? The symbol itself has (had) positive connotations in many cultures, and is rather important in Buddhism which is rather prevalent in PW. Anyways, the one the ****'s used was rotated 45 degrees, and counter clockwise, where as the charm is using the clockwise one (since their meanings have diverged in the past 80 years, it's an important distinction), and like other Buddhist swastikas, isn't rotated.
