Is it "illegal" to spam on world chat?

Or what about just talking on world chat?

Or do you guys find no difference?

I personally love talking on World Chat but I never actually thought about it being "illegal" until tonight.



And another few questions,

Why do you guys black list me? D: losts of people like it when I talk lol.


There's one situation where thats different.

    I prob would black list because you are either

    1. Immature
    2. Can't communicate on my level
    3. Can't argue back
    4. Can't PK
    5. Because I can

    4. I type lots of diff things that fill WC up cuz I paid to.

    Making new char..Which one? I have a BM..but I want more damage and stuff to do..

    Experienced players contact with the cons n pros of there class and where to put points n what skills to up ASAP thanks..

    I don't, I truely don't. I just wondered why. I did it once and I get haters almost instantly. Which made me very curious.

    Anyway ppl blacklisterd u cuz many of they didnt want turn off wc seeking for messages about sqds, fb's, RB, HB, etc..... while u are spamming and blocking the wc

    True,many a time i've watched a heated 4 way argument with spelling no better than that of an extremely drunk and blind scottish guy and all the thought and coherency of a ducks ****,major lulz abound.

    Well, I blacklist people for a couple of reasons:

    I. They spam the same message one right after another, even when no one else has used a WC to break the string of spam.

    II. Casual Conversation on WC that I don't care about that makes it difficult to read my faction chat. [All I really care about is Faction Chat]

    III. Annoying people with bad spelling and grammar.

    And well, basically, I blacklist people on WC if I see their name too much in yellow and they haven't given me any useful or helpful information, or they aren't advertising anything interesting.

    edit: ...also interesting to find out that my least-favorite HT world chat spammers are low leveled (60-70)

    edit 2: also peculiar & new to me to see so many people feeling the need to pay to have their thoughts, (as inappropriate, incomplete, and/or inconsiderate they might be), seen & potentially (though not guaranteed) discussed & debated by other humans... get out much?

    - Have u ever tought u anoy with that? I couldn't care less of wc spammers generally by the second or third tele they are smashed into my blacklist.

    WC that I find acceptable:
    Selling/trading/buying etc. I usually ignore these, not because i dislike it, but because it mostly has nothing to do with me.

    FB/RB/Faction invites. Same reason as trading.

    Just normal chatting that is alot like faction chat, can make grinding more interesting if your faction is a bit inactive.
    (e.g. "The fight for Thousand Wood has ended, Regicide is victorious"
    ____: HELL YEAH GO REGICIDE!!!!!!!
    ____: Nice fight guys"
    "Hi everyone" ←This isnt really spamming, because its like starting a conversation..

    WC that is annoying.
    Things like "XXXX breaks the silence" and "I'm wasting a tele"
    , "Good night PW, going to bed for the night.."

    Theres a hazy line in between spamming and chatting.

    and may not actually be Wizzeled, but in either case, wouldn't it be hilarious if the entire server blacklisted idiots like Wizzeled so that all they did was waste they money talking to themselves? b:chuckle

    I bet it would be really hilarious when they tried to get help on something they needed and couldn't because no one could hear them. b:shutup Realistically that will never happen because there are too many immature babies playing this game, but it makes me feel fuzzy inside to think of it happening.

    Personally, I blacklist the idiots like Wizzeled that spam WC. I also blacklist the idiots that use insulting words and curse offensively. I also blacklist KS'ers so that if they ask me for help later, they won't get it.

    If you wanna waste your money on teles, great. At least be entertaining. Don't be like Wizzeled. He's just a baby that has just figured out how to **** and wants to share it with the world.

    If you are spamming absolutely nothing like a meeoooww person I saw one night then yes you can be blacklisted.

    Spamming should not be permitted in any channel. Period. There is absolutely no need to do it in the first place. It is very annoying and irritating seeing something said over and over every 5-10 seconds. We saw your message the first time, don't repeat it for at least another 5 minutes or so. Is that really so hard for many of you to understand?

    I put the IG coin up to use teles to state random things, I honestly don't give a damn if you like it or not, I paid for it I use it.

    There's a difference between using your teles to state random comments, joke around, and ask stupid questions compared to just being an all around troll and ******* on world chat just for the hell of it.
