So, you must be expecting Caesar to have the full 80 in there? I expect their strongest forces to come out but fall in Radiance's full 80 of high levels. Goodday. b:bye

I'm excited to see what goes on in the Triad War against Rad. Personally I hope Radiance does well for themselves this week. and lol at Hitsui's sig in the predictions...it should probably say Triad b:chuckle

This weekend I was expecting an interesting match between Rad and Triad just to hear that they switched leaders overnight causing another drama from within. Now they just lost a bunch of their high level folks that's keeping their status on this server. Seriously, who the hell in their right mind would do that during the middle of TW weekend? Ever since Rad's new leadership came into place, it's just been mistakes after mistakes. Looking over their remaining roster list, I don't expect much of a challenge from them for today's battle. b:angry

Wow, you have spies everywhere. I did not however see you in the battle, certainly would have tried to give you a challenge.

To set record straight a bit, the leadership was transferred, as planned, as result of a guild vote which had run for 2weeks.

The folks who left, regardless of their reason, were part of the Radiance "team" not the soul reason the guild exist. They will be missed as family and friends.

Not going to flame you for an outside persons perspective of our internal guild matters; just because Radiance internal guild business confuses you, does not make it a mistake.

Thanks for your concern and good luck with leading your faction.

Leadership changed 3 times in 5 minutes as the drama led to the voted in Leader leaving. Well Crysta, you have your perspective I have mine. Sadly the voted in leader chose to not work with the voted in director. The result certainly seemed for those of us not included in the background PM campaign as a case of if "If cant have my way I'll put my interest above that of the Faction and leave" Despite numerous request for additional discussion in vent, choices were made to disband and walk away. Sadly an opportunity to settle open issues in an adult manner were not pursued. Good thing this is only a game, burning bridges and failure to resolve conflict are not typically how successful adults behave in real life.

I suspect Radiance will continue to exist regardless of lands held, clearly its existence did not vanish when you disbanded. Those that remain have the ability to believe in something other then their own interest.

Your levels will be missed, the lack of ability to resolve conflict and work as a team will not. Not all of us were fortunate enough to have been born on the server at level 90+, but sooner our later, we will catchup.

That is a nice philosophy, and I hope it holds true that Rad sticks it out and is still a force in TW. However, I would think that the people's true colors will show when Rad isn't sitting on 200+m a week. Only then do I believe you will have your true loyal members, the people who stay once their fat paycheck is gone. That is assuming that you can't regroup and lose several lands. Rad certainly has the bankroll to get some high level players in there with the promise of some good coin. Just another thing for Hisui to start a betting pool on! b:laugh
