Disconnecting after a few seconds

Loged on this morning and didn't have any problem

and the d/c is back for all that thought its gone

I though I was going crazy, it all started over a week ago disconnection every several seconds, in all my 4 PCs
yes I am from Israel yes I use 012 (Bezeq)

Now that I know that I am not the only one, I would stop reinstalling, replacing WI-FI / Network cables and routers.

Are we sure that the Origin of the problem is due to 012 Smile?
we should be really sure it's them and then think of a way to solve all of that (ill NEVER buy anything like Gamers pack...b:angry).

these online games are Supposed to be FREE! and they wanna take that!!!

so... as i said at the post's start we should check which companys are limiting us to play with that pack only and which not... if necessary in the end ill just pass on to a company which on it i can play for FREE!(without stupid packs)
one of these companys (who ask us to buy stupid packs to play) is probably 012 Smile... now we should find more...

Edit: if you have an ISP which is not 012 Smile and having the problem Post it here
if your from israel and seen the post AND STILL CAN PLAY WITHOUT PROBLEMS (no 1-3 hours with DC)
then please post us your ISP (In Order to find companys which arent using "Gamers Pack" and such)
P.S.2*: GM's probably cant help us if that is an issue with our country's companys... thats gonna be tough if we wont get a professional's help on the subjet....

Here is a suggestion a user has sent us for a solution that worked for him using Windows XP. Maybe it could help you. Problem statement:When a client is connected to the internet via a LAN proxy, WinXP's firewall does not redirect all port requests. Situation:Individuals connected to the internet via a LAN proxy, and making use of only WinXP's firewall will be able to download, patch, and start the ElementClient, but will be unable to login or play the game. Solution:Individuals may choose to use a dial-up solution (for which WinXP redirects all ports correctly). If, however, individuals wish to use a LAN proxy they will need to install a firewall and/or proxy solution. This will catch all port connections and channel it through to the proxy server.Recommendation:I have used ProxyFirewall (from http://uniqueinternetservices.com) successfully to login and commence play on PerfectWorld International's servers without any problems.

i never had a black screen only a "Disconnected from server" error which when i clicked OK i went to menu.

now... if any of you tried any solution which worked please post it.

if not try something else... im trying those also...
(but no good success since im not good on such things in computers).

I don't think it's one specific country's IP servers that are responsible here, and please remember that we are NOT all from/in Israel and we have the same connexion problems with PWI. I, personally, am in Canada and experiencing the same d/c problem.

As someone mentioned earlier, it COULD be related to the in-game chat. I remember playing another online MMORPG a while back, and there was a temporary d/c glitch everytime I used chat.

I got d/c'ed earlier today the minute I said "Hi" to the guildmates (in Guild chat). So, in my case at least, maybe the best way to stay connected is to avoid chatting altogether until the problem is fixed. That will make for quite a boring session tho...

d/c problem come back so someone is restricting traffic at a certain times
