Disconnecting after a few seconds

I played today and didn't have any d/c

yeah, ever since i hit lvl 39 i have been having this problem, iv tried new internet connections, going from wired to wireless, different ISPs and new routers. its so hard to even do a quest because i d/c in 15-20 seconds after i log in or i d/c as soon as i enter my name and password.

Tell us:

1) Who is your ISP?

2) How is your computer connected to the internet? (wi-fi, military, library, shared router in household, cable or DSL modem, satellite, etc)

3) Where in the world are you located?

4) How many hops is your ISP from an internet backbone? (Ask them)

5) Does your ISP throttle or cap bandwidth? (Ask them)

6) Did you ask your ISP to allow for the IP addresses of our website and game/patch servers? (Talk to them)

Dial-up is not going to work to play our games.

Are you actually playing our version of the game?

are you guys getting d/c grinding to the right of allied camp? if so then that spot is bugged.
