And @MntMan, there are reasons why the weapons are bound and not open for trade; one, for instance, is to take advantage of reselling (greed {tm} by some standards), or the prevention from (sort of) "twinking" characters...

I see what you mean, but to be honest with you, that weapon isn't the real motivation to get the Hammer, but rather the onward rewards from the box (4 charms, 40 chips, 2x average shards and 1x flawless shard, etc..), while the weapon get usually discarded. Thus, when you usually try to sell trash for some money, you usually get a "scam" on your end, which I think (and this is a pure subjective option) PWI tries to prevent by binding...
