logging in but sudden bug report?

every time i get to my game i log on get to character selection and randomly in one of those steps my game closes and the reportbug thing popps up i keep sending the same thing same report and nothing. this started yesterday and when this happened before it was solved in 24 hours but today it still happens. what i dont get is when i get to my character and actually get in game i still was able to type one sent to my fac stating my game closes and it appeared in chat whats going on i need major help!!!!!! im tryiong verify thing if it doesnt work what should i do?

I have seen about 20 different posts, all with the same problem. I am having the same problem too, since the last update. I have sent a ticket and I am waiting a reply. Has any fix been found for this yet?0

Please follow my directions, send us your computer's log files, and let us try to help figure out if it is a hardware issue.

Did you send it in to Tech Support, or Customer Support?
If it is Tech Support, we're still waiting. Replies can take 1 day to 3 days. I have experimented a little, and found out that it is a problem isolated with a specific character.
Now I may not be correct, but I have the same problem with my character. When I tried to create a new character, the game works fine. I can create a new character and use it, but I cannot access my old one.
Could it be something with a user's specific character account that's at fault? Has anyone tried my theory?
EDIT: a friend of mine explained to me that if you can play with another character, then your character is glitched, and you need to have it resetted. i need mine to be reset too
