    Favorites:

    -Tenjho Tenge (Please dont judge....and I only liked the manga)
    -Evangelion (Series and the movie. Didnt like the manga as much)
    -Ghost in the Shell (Both movies. Havent seen the series yet)
    -Hellsing (Manga. The first series was pretty darn crappy)
    -Full Metal Alchemist (Anime and movie)
    -Naruto (Manga)
    -Bleach (Manga)

    Enjoyable animes/manga:

    -Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
    -Lucky Star
    -Bleach (Anime. Bountos sucked big time, though)
    -School Rumble
    -Shaman King
    -Cowboy Bebop
    -Excel Saga
    -Full Metal Panic!/Second Raid/Fumoffu
    -Trigun
    -Shuffle!
    -Naruto (Anime, at least until you get to the filler marathon)
    -Samurai X/Rurouni Kenshin (Manga. Anime, only the second season is good)

    AND definitely watch Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind by Miyazaki. Probably one of the best classics.

    //* also, I do not think Vampire Knight is worth watching. Not sure about the manga but I love shojo and I was really pissed off after finishing both seasons of VK and just going wtf.

    - Yuyu Hakusho (Yusuke Urameshi is the only "not-half-****" I know on anime/manga)
    - Chobits (episode 4 took my breath away on laughing)
    - Serial Experiment Lain
    - Berzerk (too bad I've not seen all)
    - Saint Seiya (an past fever here in Brazil)

    Though noone's mentioning One Piece, that kinda saddens me...
    Since I feel like updating my list on page 2:

    Soul Eater: 5 <--I'm kinda sad no one's mentioned this either, I thought it was pretty popular
    Tegami Bachi: 5
    Toriko: 5 <--probably the most unknown manga that's popular in Japan

    Bakuman: 4
    Black Cat: 4
    Deadman Wonderland: 4
    D.Gray Man: 4
    Gantz: 4 <--epicly hardcore manga
    Gintama: 4
    Mahou Sensei Negima: 4 (ignoring all the ecchi chapters)

    Hayate the Combat Butler: 3
    Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles: 3

    Bleach: 2 <--it's been so bad lately, so I lowered my score...

    Rewriting my lists as top 10's:

    Anime:
    1) Haruhi, without a doubt. I'm actually enjoying Endless Eight, and I'm likely the only one.
    2) Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann : Great watch, epic stuff, hilarious yet amazing.
    3) Higashi no Eden : Though short, a very good watch. Waiting for the movies to clarify the strange ending.
    4) Shakugan no Shana : Especially the first season.
    5) .****//Sign : It's so sad ;_;
    6) .****//Roots : It's also so sad ;_;
    7) Full Metal Alchemist : Aweh man ;_;
    8) Zero no Tsukaima : Very similar to Shakugan no Shana.
    9) D.Gray Man : I prefer the manga, but this is still good.
    10) To Aru Majutsu No Index : Nice watch, but nothing too special.

    Should also mention : Bleach, Death Note. Good anime, but fillers kill Bleach, and Death Note has long been surpassed by everything else, though still holding a special place for being my very first anime.

    Manga:
    1) Haruhi. >_> <_< What?
    2) .****//Legend of the twilight : ;_;
    3) Bleach : Fortunately, the manga is still good.
    4) D.Gray Man : As a manga, this is a great series.
    5) Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann - The school version : I lol'd.
    6) Kingdom Hearts : Though less epic than above, this is funnier.
    7) Negima : Also funny, and I may well be the only girl enjoying this ;O
    8) Hikaru No go : Would have been higher if the ending didn't suck like it did.
    9) RalGrad : Still very recent, so not enough for me to give a proper rating yet. Great read though.
    10) Death Note : Eh, why not?

    Mentions : Alice the 19th, Imadoki. They're Shojo manga, and it turns out I don't really like those >_> These are decent though.

    Just watched "The girl who leapt through time" today. I suppose it can be considered an "anime". Was pretty a pretty good movie.

    new top 8 (in no particular order):

    Dont read too much manga. Just some light novels.

    Edit: Its thursday! time to check on the 6th/7th/8th? episode of endless eight. I shall skip to see what they're wearing.

    My Favorite Anime would have to be Code Geass. My new favorite manga is Onani Master Kurosawa. That was a read that i definitely enjoyed.
