    A lot of people have already said it skills based, if one plays their class better than the other of course they're going to win.

    Some have said its about their gear, which is true. But for the sake of this thread, I want to say both players have stock npc gear. That'd make it pretty even right?

    In either case its all bout the skills and timing also gear and such, There is alot of possiabilities to this. I've beaten barbs 10-20 levels higher then me in duels but in PK its harder cuz of the charm factor, If neither had a charm then Id say archer would win with a nice ammount of kiting. So I guess in the end its all upto who does what cuz there is so many possiabilities to who would win and why.
    Making new char..Which one? I have a BM..but I want more damage and stuff to do..

    Experienced players contact with the cons n pros of there class and where to put points n what skills to up ASAP thanks..

    An epic battle like that?

    I would play psychological warfare, cuss him, say things like "watcha gonna do EA?????KITE like a noob? lvl 100 still have to KITE? SAD!"

    Now i don't really MEAN it, and it probably won't work half of the time, but maybe just maybe you get lucky and the guy behind the screen gets irritated and actually DOESN'T kite, just to prove you wrong.....in wich case......he's DEAD.

    But if he doesn't fall for it, then my advice is, stock up on the chi pots.....invoke the spirit is gonna help ALOT while ya chasing him around,also go tiger while chasing i guess, try to freeze him, sunder him....WHATEVER him!

    But in all fairness i would say.....the same old thing.....the guy with the better feel of his character and skills will win.

    One things for sure tho......it'll be a HELLUVA LONG BATTLE^^

    A barb can easily kill an archer in duels, and in pvp it might be a stalemate because of low accuracy and kiting. 10x barbs have what i assume to be over 15khp so gl archersb:surrender

    But this really depends on the situation (skill, pots, chi, etc), in most cases the barb will win, unless the archer has a +12 8jun or gets a triple spark + crit off b:victory

    it depends on the situation. at a distance the archer will just keep shooting while the barb keeps being hit. at close range even low damage barbs will have a great advantage because archer will have dmg reduced and long channel skills will be interrupted easily.

    For Pure Dex archers its not rare to get what other classes call 'Lucky/Random' Crits off, I just rather not bother with barbs..We use ammo to ya kno? Not worth shooting couple hundred bolts/shots/arrows off on something that wont die to quick (by quick I mean within a good 10minutes then I'll give up and walk away or gank him yes I will gank him after 10minutes of fighting).
