    You can actually tank it with an Eldergoth with lvl70-71 ish (his Matt (ranged) is way lower then his Patt) Be ready for pet heal spamming for more then 30 mins though.

    Reflect makes the job go so much faster ;)

    I think veno doesnt deserve to have pets, Clerics have much better healing skills. I dont understand why they rather hang out with a Veno.b:chuckle

    I agree, they should put warsoul weapons and armor in the CS but only for classes that aren't Veno.b:chuckle

    Wait till you have to fight the wolf pup in SP. Silverwhateverhisnameis.
    Depending on your connection you may not have time to do any mana/hp restore spells.
    Definitly harder than raged wraith.

    well looking at silvers atk, and matk, he wont be much harder than wraith once my herc levels up a few :P

    my herc is 71 and tanks him fine right up till the very last, when he goes nutz and stomped him flat. It took me 45 minutes to tank him down to a smidgeon of his life.... then I died. lol

    just seconds after this shot, he did some weird stuff and stomped my Herc flat, followed shortly after with turning me into a red smear on his paws.

    A guildie of mine solo'd Silver with his herc at like lvl73 I think. Took him 20minutes to do it though.

    I 'might' have been able to do it at 71 but I am LA build so my pet heal is slightly gimped. But even so, at 73 that is good to know. :-) The arcane i'm wearing in the picture was to give me more mana lol.

    Lol thats what I planned to do. Get 7x then farm like hell for a herc. I planned to do it on dragon items because I figured at that level they'd be way more expensive.

    But what did you farm to get herc...and in two weeks? O_o

    Literature, you could always try Nightscream. The soup is 3k ish per I think. I make @ 150k a hr grinding there roughly. And it's not bad exp. =p

    Not sure what all she farmed except the mobs around Dreamweaver Port Outskirts (where I saw her killing like a mad demon with her Magmite). But for me, I paid cash for 90% of my Herc, and farmed the rest. Paid all cash for my Nix.

    At first, the spot outside Dreamweaver with adalwolfs buttloaded with mat mines,

    Secondly, when they got boring, I moved to souling defenders and deepwoods hermits for seele tokens which would drop like mad in forest of haze.

    Third I tried Aurum spectres, which have relatively high element diamond and core drop rates.

    I have the ability to play ~15 hrs a day and i did just that. Any time Sai came looking for a farm lol shed see me out there whacking adalwolfs like crazy till I got what I came for o_o.

    I gave up my life to get it xD.

    I'm lvl 82, when I was 81, my herc was like 71 or 72, and I tanked silverfrost myself.. it took 15-20 mins to do so.. but it's very possible

    also, regarding the stomp at the end.. depending on when you buffed your herc.. the buffs could have worn off and that's why he got stomped also

    The only problem I ever had with silverfrost was a minor annoyance when another party fights dismal and he poisons us all.

    An excellent theory. Saitada said the fight lasted 45 minutes. That's getting close the 1 hour duration of the Herc's self-buffs, and without the self-buffs, a Herc isn't that much tougher than a normal pet. My Herc had no trouble tanking Silverfrost, but I had two friends dealing damage so the fight went faster.

    The real annoyance with Silverfrost was Dismal Shade. I was standing close enough that I got hit by his AoE dots when folks fought him, and I couldn't stop healing my Herc to move. No big deal, just some hp pots down the drain...except that when the fight was over, my Herc remembered that Dismal Shade had hurt him in a previous life, and ran over to fight him. So I portaled out as they battled. I should have kept my Herc on manual mode!

    agreed, that's why alot of times, parties decide to drag him out into the hall to fight there.. then of course there are the idiots who decide to drag dismal into the hall while he's being fought just to "be funny" guess they don't realize that if a party is able to take on silver, they can take out dismal..

    last time I was in a party for silver, someone did that, and the tank and cleric kept on silver, the rest of the party turned and nuked the heck out of dismal, then turned back to silver like 3 mins later after dismal was dead.. clerics purified as necessary, and all was good :P

    while in the game, go under systems and then under the help files. i think they mention how to do it in the last tab, it was called tips i think.

    omg criddon, i'd love a herc, idc what it looks like or how glowy it is, or that it only eats meat, i'd love to b able to buy one, but cant afford 200$ in real cash i think thats what it would cost in rl , not afford full price, but i might be will ling
    to get half the coinage cost together, for one was willling to pay the other halfb:surrender

    Your arcane build so you can prolly solo him at 71 if your herc is 71 also. Be prepared to burn a lot off a MP charm or have an **** of pots. It takes a good bit of time. And don't forget to have your herc rebuff himself about 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 way through and again just before he goes down to make sure hercs buffs are all up... just to be on the safe side.
