    You went from claiming they can buy XP to claiming they have to go kill a mob somewhere repeatedly but it's easy since no one can do anything about it.

    I even brought up that there are a lot of people trying to do the quest, and you claimed that everyone is working together which you backed up with anecdotal evidence.


    Can I add my anecdotal evidence?

    I was watching yesterday and several fights broke out, and a GM showed up only to say the KSers had just as much right as everyone else.

    I was watching today (hoping for some more entertainment which seemed in short supply at the time) and, while there was a line, no one was really helping kill the mob.

    So, we now have three versions of what is happening at the spawn points which seem to be in conflict. Either everyone there is doing as you claim or players are KSing/PKing each other or there is only sporadic cooperation between the players with some players dropping in and causing chaos and confusion in which everything breaks down completely.


    Nothing is as clear cut as you laid out at all times because not everyone is as helpful as you seem to believe, or want to believe they are.


    Let's re-cap, shall we?

    1. They cannot buy XP directly

    2. They don't get instant XP

    3. They have to kill a mob to get the XP

    4. Everyone can do this.

    5. Everyone could have done this before

    That isn't buying XP directly, and you know it. Buying XP directly would be buying it from the Cash Shop.

    Doesn't negate that anyone can get the items and use them. I haven't spent anything on this game, and I could get them from my questing/grindfests. I've also gone through millions of coins and haven't even broken level 50, so yes, it is entirely possible for anyone to do this.

    There is no disadvantage.


    Some will be able to do it more, some less. Let's say you didn't have enough to buy the GA which is entirely possible.

    It's still possible to buy the oracles from other players, and I've seen them go for ~17k so for 100k (the amount it would take to pay JJ) a player could buy 5 oracle I. That's with in-game coin, and not Boutique gold. For 200k they could buy 11.

    In game coin.

    If that player spent 100k, they could potentially gain 91k XP

    If they spent 200k, they could potentially gain 234k XP

    Do you deny that this is even possible?

    Are you trying to claim that no one is actually selling the oracles?

    If players are actually selling the oracles, then it is truly available to anyone because it does not require Boutique gold to do.

    If players are selling GA for in game coin, then it's available to anyone.

    If players can pay JJ 100k coins (why I have no idea) then it's available to anyone.

    Your only argument on it not being available to everyone is based entirely on GAs being a Boutique item and completely ignoring the fact that players can buy gold through the Gold Trading system, and that they can buy GAs from other players.

    the argument isnt on whether or not its available to everyone. its that cash shoppers can buy unlimited xp if they want. noncs users have a finite supply of ingame coin especially on the 2 new servers where no one will have 100s of millions needed to buy there way to 9x.

    Why are you people even arguing, or even trying to prove a point. It is simpler to just continue playing/enjoying your game. It doesn't matter what others think, they cannot effect your game.

    Oh you people are just mad because you started on new servers to try to dominate them and now you can't. Well don't start on new servers for that reason then its clearly pointless. This event did not defeat the purpose of a new server. The purpose of a new server is to take care of lag issues due to overpopulation, nothing more. This can be done by character transfers, players dropping their current server and leaving their characters behind to be on the other ones. New players starting out on the new ones.

    A new server is not put there just so you can try to dominate it, and if you are worried about suddenly having too many high levels around that can pk you since you are not high, well its your own fault for playing on that type of server.

    They could've said they were going to let anyone buy their lvls from the CS with angels before opening the servers.

    I find it funny that Sophia complains so much, while looking at the screenshots you see she did 5 level and 40% in a very short time.

    Could it be that she's been doing the event !! b:shocked

    So basicly, as long as you don't spend more money than Sophia to get Oracles, you're fine. If you dare to get more, you're unfair !

    Ever heard of aoe grinding @ sundown and the 150k+ exp quest @ 1k streams? like if 6 lvls in 4 days was uber hard, anyway yeah I have used oracles, most obtained from red names b:laugh

    Ok, let's run the numbers.


    60-90 : 96 million XP


    Oracle III : 18k XP


    It would require 5334 Oracle IIIs to level 60-90


    It would require 1546.9 Boutique Gold to buy 533 GA 10-pks and 4 singles (or 1548.6 Boutique gold to buy 534 GA 10-pks)


    The next question is how long would it take?

    Assuming perfect luck, and each box from JJ gives an oracle III, it would take 3.7 days of clicking 24/7 to obtain and open 5334 boxes. If you could do it 2 times a minute (every 30 seconds) it would be 1.85 days, and if you could be a click master it would be 1.23 days.


    IF you were perfectly lucky with JJ.


    Assuming not perfect luck you might want to add a day buying them.


    NOW you have 5334 Oracle IIIs! b:chuckle


    Let's assume it takes a minute for the wolf to spawn, and then another 30 seconds to kill said wolf.

    Assuming each kill and spawn happen perfectly on a 1.5 minute timer it would take 133 hours 21 minutes to kill 5334 Mythical Wolfkins (level 48 elite), or 5 days, 13 hours, 21 minutes of non-stop slaughtering the same mob with perfect timing and absolutely zero interference.


    The total time used would be

    Time getting oracles from JJ: 1.85 days
    Time killing mobs: 5.56 days

    Total time used: 7 days, 9 hours, 48 minutes

    That's assuming 2 JJ boxes obtained and opened a minute and killing a mob once every 1.5 minutes 24/7.


    Now, if they only spend 12 hours a day it would require 14 days, 19 hours and 38 minutes.

    Add a day to both if they needed to get enough Oracle IIIs to bring their total to 5334.


    Are you trying to tell me that someone is going to stand there with no interference for 5.56 days 24/7 (or 14.82 days 12/7) killing a wolf spawn every 1.5 minutes?

    And, isn't there a cap on how much Zen you can transfer to a server?

    Only for your first purchases, then you send a ticket and take limit off.
    Also it's 100$ per purchase method, not total.
    (btw there's 3 wolfs)

    Rest of ur post was bs, I claim they get to 6x(like someone did 1-63 on 2 days) too fast not 60-90.

    It's amazing the number of people that are PISSED because like three people went up 20 lvls in a few days. I have screens LoL. People are whining and talking about how they wanna quit the server because one dude ( named O_qq_o ) went up a ton of levels quick. I'm like wtf does he have to do with what you're doing?

    I don't understand it...I really don't. =/

    20 lvls aint as bad as 60 :P
    and it's not just 1 guy or 2 who got a buuunnnchhhh of lvls in 2 or 3 days.

    I didn't ask how many wolves there were, and using only a single spawn kill out of the three gives a better picture because that player isn't the only one there most of the time and players will interfere (KS/PK). There is no valid argument to claim no one will interfere. You can make all the screenies in the world of people standing in lines, and that is nothing more than anecdotal evidence. If it was proof that KS/Pking never happens then explain a GM getting called to the Spider King spawn point because Enrage was KSing people. Yes, a GM actually showed up, and said that the Enrage members had just as much right to the mob as everyone else.

    Rest of ur post was bs, I claim they get to 6x(like someone did 1-63 on 2 days) too fast not 60-90.

    This is quite hilarious long as hell speechs get pwnt by 1 or 2 sentences b:cute, lazers none of us know how much this can affect a new server, all these "theories" are sad attempts at winning an argument that you lost like 2 pages ago.

    Everyone in the top ten I had seen before and they were decent level. So where are all these new people you are talking about? O_o

    Want me to tell you what they do? They spend alot on oracles. But most exp still comes from grinding for 15+ hours a day with the 50% Esoterica all the way.

    The ranks shift in these type games all the time. That QQ guy probably would still have made no.1 even without the event.

    Oh, so the claim has changed again from 1-63 to 30-63 as it went from buying XP directly to buying items to exchange for more items that eventually will be used to get XP after killing a mob.

    That you won't get the exp instantly doesn't mean you can't buy it. Maybe you can't buy it directly but you can buy an item which gives you - with a minor effort - alot of exp. Look at the example of buying a computer game.

    What you actually buy is a cd. Before you can play the game you have to install it. Then you can play what you bought - the game.

    CD --> Installation --> Game
    Oracles --> DQ Boss --> EXP

    Even if you have to wait in lines for the mobs, you can buy too much exp just too easy and too fast. No cash shop of a F2P mmo should offer such an advantage for the rich (and you have to be rich to level from 40-70 in 2 days)

    But since its not the cashop that gives some people such an advantage but an event that ends in 2 days, all the trouble and drama is a overreaction. Some people will dominate PvP servers for some time and.... Yes, and what?

    Some people that bought their level 70 constitude a small circle of elitists with crappy gear, since they can't buy good stuff in AH, nor can they buy mats from other players for manufactoring their own, with a screwed up cultivation, low skills, no reputation who won't find any help with quests and fbs. Non-hardcore cash shoppers will catch up with them in a few weeks, since they level slower then other people will and in a month, when all the territories are taken and the real TW starts, everything will be 'balanced' again.
