    More info. Level requirement 70+; apply on forums at radiance.rocks.it ; check out the application format FIRST and it's highly recommended by me personally to check the waiting list before deciding to apply. It's going to be long : might as well not apply if you can't wait it out.

    Why a post like this...Radiance has a waiting list from here to tokio, and first al friends of members are going first. but if you dont mind to stay for months on there waiting list, take a look then on their website.
